Had an order paided for 2 day shipping. (no info online for delayed due to Covid 19) took money and will not answer text, calls, or email, taking people's orders and money and they are closed. need my money back with interest. Order # W5049711 Do Not USE! Get This, BBB gives them a good rating Another company owned by Crooks Do not use They are shut down

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, still pending, can’t get an email response, trying to cancel order, needed it when I ordered it. Order ID 151858.

DO NOT USE--I ordered cat flea collars back on February 26. It's now April 9. I have called every single week--on hold 30 minutes each call--and got a different excuse every week (credit card didn't go through, prior guy didn't fix the problem, it's ready to ship, it ships tomorrow, etc.). I thought, "maybe the warehouse is out," but then I saw the flea collars put back on sale last week! This is sad because I've ordered from this company before with no problem. No clue what is up with this company, but I will never do business with them again. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before ordering with them. I placed my order on 3/23. The status still says pending. Since I placed my order, I have run out of 2 medications for my horses and had to run to the vet's office and buy at retail price so I wouldn't run out. I emailed on 4/1 and received no response. I left a "chat" message and received no response. I called and waited on hold on 4/7 for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. I don't know what is going on with this company, but they appear to be fraudulent. I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my order. I do not recommend them. Steer clear!

Do not use!! They WILL NOT answer emails and can’t talk to a person cause wait time is too long. My order has been pending for a week now and no response to my 3 emails. Want to cancel order but can’t. My money is in limbo. Customer service is non existent

I ordered and PAID for an RX product on 2/25/2020 and entered my vet's info. My vet refused to deal with an online RX and so I could not get the product. I assumed money would be refunded, it was not. I called Entirely Pets and was told that they DO NOT send you a refund when the RX is declined and that you must call and ask for it, (very sneaky way to cheat customers who may not be as assertive as it takes). I requested the charge be refunded and waited. A month later and still no refund and so I called again and after waiting on the phone for over 1/2 an hr I hung up and sent an email asking for the refund. Now, nearly 2 months later and still no refund, I called again and waited 1/2 hr This time Jaime told me I was never charged it was just an authorization. I contacted Paypal and yes I WAS CHARGED $114.75!! I called Entirely Pets again!! and this time spoke with Shaun who blamed it on a new system change and said that they don't keep your money and that its refunded automatically after 30 days. I pointed out that it's been over 30 days and my money is still not refunded and he then conveniently blamed it on the pandemic even though this started in February. I blame it on a company where each employee tells you a different story and the bottom line is that they're going to take your money and keep it hoping that you exhaust yourself totally from trying to get it back!! Any reputable company would automatically refund your money if your vet authorization doesn't come thru. After all they figured out not to ship the product, couldn't they also figure out to refund my money?????????????????????????????

Entirely Pets is the absolutely the worst. We ordered over $500 worth of product. Six weeks later and all we have received is one item, that we didn't order. Everything else is on backorder. Calls to their helpdesk are routed to India. We have called multiple times and are always told that we "will be contacted in a couple of days". It never happens.

Very poor experience from this company. Inadvertently purchased wrong size seresto collars. Over 2 hours on hold and 5 different phone calls and I am still attempting to get authorization to return products. Unfortunately this has spanned over a month of attempts and I made the mistake of repurchasing the correct sizes. Very prompt in processing order and taking $ so I know someone is there working. Return process has been unacceptable. Will never order from company again.
