If I could give this company zero Stars, I would. They sent me a shipment for my dog that I have to put to sleep. They would not send me a return label, so I could get a refund. I had to pay for the return shipping myself. Then, what did they do? They sent me another shipment for my dead dog!! They give you the runaround. They have the same script they use, regarding the return shipping..."the person that does that has been out". I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION, WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR DOG YOU HAD TO PUT TO SLEEP. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION, WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNING A PRODUCT THEY MAIL YOU, WHEN YOU'VE ASKED THEM NOT TO. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Think twice before have international order, in my case, only faster two weeks of the purchasing, the contact me and asked additional fee for the shipment and canceled the order while I reject that additional fee... actually I paid about the international shipment during the checkout about 30$, and they asked additional 25$ or so... So be aware and don't make my mistake 💪💪💪 BTW - thir service support is also terrible...

I would rate zero. Customer service is non-existent. They don't answer or return calls or emails. Their website says free shipping over $69, but they still add shipping. Good luck trying to get a refund. Their prices aren't less than elsewhere.

I bought some priobiotic from them and two months later they sent me a note saying it was getting ready to be shipped. I hadn't ordered it and definitely didn't hit autoship, so I emailed them to stop it, they didn't respond. I tried to login but I wasn't even registered to have an account, so no idea how I could have autoship. I called and they claimed I had set it as autoship, it must be a default setting because I 100% did not. They refused to refund me. Very shady operation.

I placed an order with Entirely Pets on May 11th. The next day I received an email from them stating the item was out of stock. It is now July 2nd and I finally got my money back. Not sure if they have inventory and/or administrative problems but in any case this is not acceptable.

item i ordered was backordered. i have been trying to contact customer service for three days now to no avail! if you call their number after a while you have no choice but to leave your number for a call back - still waiting!! i am going to return the item when i get it regardless of if i need it or not - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!!! update: after 5 days of waiting for a call back i decided to try one more time - got through to an agent who cancelled my order. the agent was very helpful on the phone however, i will not order from them again.

Ordered medicine for my dog prescribed by the vet and it took forever for them to shipped it. My dog already passed and the medicine hasn't arrived yet. I send them email 2x even before it shipped but no one ever replied. I called to cancel the order I dont need it anymore and customer service tells me that they will take of 25% out of the amount and 6.95 for shipping it back. This people are a joke. I will never ever order from this company.

Pharmacy just closes with no notice. No customer service. Zero communication. Wouldn't buy anything from this company.
