Something fishy going on...
I ordered a Rx online for my dog 3-13. The Vet had already sent a fax Rx. My credit card was charged ($57). I called on afternoon of 3-13 and was told by Arron that it would go out that day or the next and I'd get an email when it was shipped. By the way, the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. When I tried again I was on hold for 30 minutes listening to ads continually. I called again on 3-19, was told it would "really" go out today via express shipping!! (Yes, was on hold for long, long, time) On 3-20, as I received no email confirming, I called again. David said it would go out on 3-23. I asked, "What's going on down there." He said all orders in February and March are delayed and/or back ordered because they are "changing their system". (What kind of 'system change' requires two months to implement??) I also asked why their website doesn't mention this delay to customers. I got no answer. BTW, the Chat function doesn't really work. You start at a high number and watch your position creep up slowly for hours. The reason it creeps up at all is people in front of you give up. It isn't real. Also; the company has one pharmacist. ONE! A nationwide on-line pharmacy has one pharmacist. And, no, this has nothing to do with the pandemic. it's now 3-28. Order never shipped, they aren't answering their phones. BTW they are running HealthyPets.com too; same address same non-service. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. To me it's immoral to take money and not ship a Rx that may be needed to save a pet's life. It's just wrong. Look at the dates of all reviews. This was was once a legit company- no longer. Now no one answers the phone. RUN! I
