Have been a loyal customer for 5 years. On my last order you all were having staff issues, which I understand, but it was taking way too long to receive my order. I reached out multiple times for an update and no one would respond with any idea of delivery. It wasn't so much the delivery issue as it was the lack of customer service corresponding with me.

I placed the order on 4/12/25. Paid extra for HP Priority Shipping (2-4days). I did not receive package until 4/21/25.

I dislike that it took so long to get it here. I ordered it on 2/20/24 and I just got it 3rd of March. It took 11 days to get to me. Outside of that everything was fine.

order took much too long. Can't ever get the discount codes to work either.

This is my second time to order from here. It has taken at least 2 weeks to receive the goods. I’ve had to call to check on my orders and was told items were out of stock. This makes me hesitant to place any future orders due to long lead time in getting what I need. Products have come undamaged and were what I ordered.

I was charged for products that I did not receive. I called customer service. The woman was not just rude, but hateful and told that I would have to send my bank statement. I hung up, called back, and spoke with Shaun. He was wonderful! He answered all of my questions and send me the information that I needed. However, going forward I will only use PayPal.

the only complaint I have is there is NO notification given prior to shipping that permits a change in the scheduling.

Products are great but shipping is very slow. I wouldnt use this company to purchase gifts unless you do it way in advance.
