Horrible experience. I should have looked at reviews before ordering from them. I ordered my dogs nexgard on 3/1/20. They said they didn’t receive a response from my vet (my vet said they were in contact twice) I spoke to them 3 times. I asked for a refund and they said they would “put me on the list”. They have a LIST of people requesting refunds. That’s all you need to know. Don’t use them! (I disputed the charge via PayPal)

Should have looked at the other reviews first. Having the same issues as many others who posted here - I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, paid for priority shipping, and the order is still marked "pending"!!! I've sent 2 emails with no response at all other than the automated reply. While I understand that there are issues with shipping right now, there is no excuse for not contacting customers or informing them up front that you're experiencing problems fulfilling orders. This can be very easily accomplished with a message on the website. And priority shipping should not even be an option if it cannot be guaranteed. I've since ordered what I need from Walmart pet pharmacy, and it is scheduled to arrive by Wednesday. If this is a legitimate company they should respond to their customers no matter what issues they are having. Finally got through on their "customer service" line just now after "only" 20 minutes on hold and was able to cancel the order they never filled. I did not bring up the issues with the person on the phone - I'm sure he has no control over the order fulfillment, but at least he was able to cancel the order before my card was charged (at least he said he cancelled it - still shows as "pending" on their website). If you need meds for your pet, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Worst online pet pharmacy ever. Do not use them. Got a defective product. Have spent over an hour and a half on the phone talking with 3 different agents and still no resolution. Each saying it is in process. On hold each time for 20 minutes and then disconnect and then call back and another 15 or more to get someone. THE WORST

They don't send any receipt for your purchase, they sell products that are not available, never answer emails after you request a refund because you don't even know when they are going to send the not available product, you have to wait at least 20min on the phone and then they give you an attitude when you ask for your refund.

Received my order of the Pet Odor Eliminator Sprays. The scents are great and do a better job of eliminating odors than anything else I've tried. They also last for a long time. I sprayed my truck, went back 2 days later and you could still smell the pineapple coconut spray. Will definitely buy more!
