Do not use this company! I ordered some brewers yeast for my ducklings, some cat products and fish food its been nearly four weeks and they haven't even sent my order yet. I have tried to contact by phone and email but they have not responded. I wish i had read the reviews as it seems that this company is a scam. I am going to cancel my order through my credit card as i'm not waiting on hold for an hour. I have never had this problem with chewy, but unfortunately they didn't this specific product so i thought i'd give this company a try..... big mistake!

On my recent order, they got two out of three items wrong. They have been unresponsive on email, and hard to reach by phone. The person assigned to my case isn't answering his phone or email. Very disappointing.

This company is an absolute scam. I wish I had read the reviews first. My cat requires a special food and my usual company was out of it so I called Entirely Pets. Amazingly, someone answered the phone immediately. (Well that has never happened again!) He asked me the size I wanted, etc. and then happily took my credit card number. THEN, he tells me that the product may not be available and I will need to call back on Monday and find out. Of course, when I called back, i was put on hold for over an hour and finally, disgusted, I gave up. I called my credit card company and EP had already charged me for the order but I have not received any notice of shipment. I cannot get in touch with anyone! This is so frustrating! So tomorrow I call and dispute the payment. DO NOT USE THIS BOGUS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a negative review I would.

Actually zero stars. Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with veterinarians and pharmacy for 20 years and this is the worst. They sent out a collection letter without sending us a bill when they had erroneously sent us a 100 day refill 40 days after sending the original bottle of 100 doses. When i went in to pay for it there was not way to do so, because I originally paid with paypal. The letter they sent said they had tried numerous times to get a hold of us in writing. We received no correspondence whatsoever. They threatened us with collection action. We have tried calling. At first we were on hold for lengthy periods of half hours at a time, for every call. I sent them email, no response what so ever. I called the number at the bottom of the threatening letter, left messages, no response whatsoever. This company is garbage.

It has been a month and I still do not have my order. They will not answer their phone. I emailed 4 times before getting a response. When they finally did respond they blamed it on my vet. I had already spoken with my vet and it took 3 weeks before they got anything from Entirely Pets and they sent it back to them them the same day they received it. Now a week later still no order.They still aren't answering the phone. They aren't answering emails again. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Beware Ordered something And it’s been over 30 days They were supposed to send refund wanted another 15 days called back still no refund. Item I ordered was on back order Custer service is horrible

Place an order on 4/21 my order still shows as pending. Can't get a response to email and can't get anyone on the phone. Why is there not an option to cancel the order? If i could, i would cancel this order from them and get it from someone more reliable. I see tons of negative reviews in 2020 for them, perhaps they're affected by the pandemic, however their website does not state this. NOT GOOD.
