Placed an order 12 days ago, order status is still “pending”. Three emails have gone unanswered, and no chat option available. Three phone calls to customer service kept me on hold for more 15 minutes each time until I finally hung up. Beyond frustrated. Never again.

I've started gradually adding the Pro-plan to my dogs' regular to ensure that it's not upsetting to their systems. They're both liking it. I read the ingredients to discover it's got all the right natural stuff like oats & none of the corn syrup, chicken byproducts, or preservatives. The WHOLE HEARTED treats that I tried for the 1st time was a success! They're even delicious looking. They're little squares of layers of SALMON & SWEET POTATOES. I'm definitely going to buy them again.

Terrible customer service. Lack of communication. Clearly a company you need to STAY AWAY from! I will NEVER give them another red cent. Waited THREE weeks for my much needed medicine for my elderly dogs.

I placed an order over 30 days ago. I received an email about asking about the status of the order. I replied to the email. I have tried to contact them via chat. Won't work. I also tried calling them. i have been on hold for over 30 minutes. if I could give them zero stars I would.

UPDATE: I received my order finally. It took 2 weeks exactly. I would have had no issues with that had Entirelypets kept me in the loop of where my order was. I've upgraded to 3 stars from my original 1 star bad review because after all it is a pandemic, so stuff happens. Would I order from them again? Probably. Just hope there's better communication in the sale next time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order 5 1/2 weeks ago. 2 days in got an email that my order shipped. The next day got an email it was backordered. Gave it a week and called customer service. They say we will have it, delivered, in the next 10 days. We give it 15 days...no food, no emails. Today we sit on the phone for 35 minutes to have someone tell us...oh, we cancelled that order. No email or anything. No apology, no information. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAM!!!
