Ordered meds for my senior cat who has kidney failure after 3 days and no shipment I asked if they could please shipped quickly. Instead of giving a tracking number, shipping or even answering me they just cancelled my order! Unbelievable! They claim they're out of stock on their site on Amazon but never even put that much in any correspondence. You shouldn't be selling what you don't have. These people are horrible I will never buy from them again! They ought to be kicked off Amazon!

On 5/10, order was placed for my dogs 3 meds. Was told my credit card will not be charged until item is shipped. On 5/18, a charge actually went through (not pending), so I call to get the tracking number. I was told it's being shipped out and tracking number will be available within 24 hours. Nothing posted nor emailed to me on tracking number. So I waited for another week, called and was told the same that item is being shipped out today. Lies after lies. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company so now it's being investigated.

Awful! false advertising on their website for the shipping of an item to the UK, made me call them costing me a huge phone bill and no apology! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have ordered a dozen times or more. Easy fast checkout. I use their coupons they send in their emails. 1 dog, 2 sulcata tortoises, 2 birds and 3 chickens. They ship orders, i usually get them in 2 days. Call them on the phone, they picked up with any hold time. I'll continue to order.

I have been ordering my cat's lysine from them for over a year now and only this week had to change the auto-ship date of my order only to find - to my surprise that I had no access on the website to my auto-ship order at all - could not change a thing - also could not see what credit card i was using to update if necessary - plus I received no loyalty points at all for anything I had every ordered - dropped them immediately and changed to another cheaper company with higher ratings.

Placed the order on May 30, 2016. It was still on pending status until June 3,2016. Upon enquiry , the answer was we were too busy during the weekend and cannot handle the orders. This is not the first time that orders were delayed and no explanation was given. and still it was not certain what time the order's going to be dispatched.

I ordered my pet's heartworm meds from another company who failed to fulfill it bc they it was backordered and did not let me know. Desperately needing the my Heartgard, I called Entirelypets and placed my order. They called my vet, received the approval and shipped my order all in the same day. My package arrived 2 days later, just in time for Mugsy's next scheduled dose. THANK YOU ENTIRELYPETS!
