We placed order on Tuesday with the highest express shipping , our vets confirmed all prescriptions on Wednesday. I called this company on Thursday- after waiting on hold, a very uncustomer- friendly person told me that the soonest my pets medication would be sent in Monday and no guarantee it would be sent overnight- it could arrive on Wednesday at the soonest! Tons of excuses but no care for my pet’s health! First- don’t be ripped off on their pretend express shipping. Second- please order only if you don’t care when your pets medication arrives. Awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I placed an order back in April and after calling and emails since they have not gotten back to me. This is a real crap businesss. Nothing but scam artists taking peoples money. They have a number you can call but no one ever answers. Dont order from here!

No response from this company since May 11th. On July 2nd I called them to cancel my auto-ship order. I've also contacted them via email, FB, IG, Twitter. They post on social media all day, but can't respond to a single customer service request.

I have to do their job for them. Call my vet several times to have them constantly refax authorization, call Entirely pets back - told several different things depending on who you talk to...they are never on the same page and just when I thought I ordered with PLENTY of time to not stress over my dog running out of his meds, they can't get their crap together. 2 weeks and they are still saying they haven't received the authorization from my vet when the other day someone said "oh i see it here we will send out your meds today". This company is a damn joke. Quick to take your money but twiddles their thumbs on making sure communication with the vet is completed. SAVE YOUR MONEY - go somewhere else.

Decent prices. I had to call 3 times to get my promised 15% discount. Still don't see it on my bank statements. Their website absolutely sucks.

Their price for Vetmedin (Pimobendan) is cheaper than other suppliers, but that means nothing if you never receive it. First their subscription software wasn't working. Then their payment software wasn't working. Then it was on back order. Then they lost the prescription approval from the vet. Poor communication on top of everything else has made my experience with them an awful one. After a month and still no guarantee that it would arrive anytime soon, I cancelled the order. On the plus side, they do respond to telephone calls; just don't email them, because they don't respond to emails.

EntirelyPets had Trifexis at a slightly lower price than the company I was using so I ordered a box for my dog. I tend to order medicine few months prior to running out in case order is delayed. Order arrived and by the time I was ready to use the meds I noticed it was expiring the following month. It only had 6 months of validity since I receive it. All of the previous meds I ordered from other vendors had at least a year or two years validity. So I emailed customer service but didn’t get a response so I sent a follow up email but still no response. 3 weeks later, I called customer service and was on hold for 30 mins. Someone finally answered and asked me if I was calling EntirelyPets. I didn’t know why I was asked this question but later found out that CS are outsourced and they assist multiple companies. After I explained the situation, CS said he would send me an email once they get a response from the pharmacy. I told him I never received a response to my precious two emails so why I should believe I would get an email this time. He assured me he would send an email either that night (Fri) or next day. Well, it was Mon and I didn’t get any emails so I called again. I was on hold for another 30 mins. This time the CS rep said he would email me a return label so I can return the box of meds and that they would send me a replacement meds. I was afraid to hang up but I did and waited for the return label which never came. I called back for the third time!!!! On hold again and finally when someone answered, I had to retell the story for the third time!!!! This time the CS rep said they couldn’t replace the meds because I didn’t call within a month of receiving the meds. What??!! Now I have two different stories told by two different reps. He said it was my fault for not checking the expiration date when the meds arrived. I told him six months of validity from receipt of the item is not enough but he didn’t care and said there was nothing he could do for me. So, I am done with this company and will NEVER again give them my business!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. More than seven weeks after placing an order, they haven't shipped it and have no updates. I've emailed twice and called twice. This time I've been on hold for half an hour, listening to profoundly obnoxious infomercials. Avoid!!
