Wish I had read all these reviews prior to ordering. I was searching for a particular pet toy for my Cat. I found it for a great price on this website . I ended up ordering two along with some other items in order to get the free shipping. It took over 3 weeks to get a partial order but the toy I really wanted show pending after month. Contact customer service with no response. Stick with Chewy, they have amazing customer service.

This website was the only place I could find a certain medicated shampoo that I needed. I saw the reviews but thought I’d still chance it because I needed the shampoo. I ordered 5/22/2020, I received an email confirmation and I haven’t heard anything since. This website just seems like a scam. I tried finding the charge on my account but couldn’t find anything. Looked a couple times, so I don’t think I was ever charged. Still, waste of time.

Easy to order; arrived quickly. I appreciate the ease of finding what you need on the Entirely Pets website, as well as the overall selection of products, some of which are available nowhere else.

I recently ordered some cleaner that I could only find on their site! 6/28/2020. I paid for priority shipping. 7-17-2020. No delivery of order. I revived an email asking if I had received my order. I email’d back that I had not. I called and waited, it clicked over to the supposed customer service and I got an answering machine!! I replied initially 7-15-2020. I emailed again yesterday asking for an email at least letting me know they had received it and hopefully working on the issue. No response! I am believing this business is completely incompetent, Not concerned about customers and is probably going to go out of business the way they are treating people!! This will be my last order!!

I had done business with this company for several years with no problems until 2019 when it basically went into the toilet. I had placed an order for meds in May for our dogs and there it sat pending for about 2 weeks. I tried to call several times, sitting on hold for 30mins. I finally sent an email to cancel the order and I guess it worked since I never got the meds or any charges on my account. Then I received a letter from the company claiming non-payment for a meds order I placed, paid for and received in Apr. 2020. The letter threatens to send my account to a collection agency!!! What kind of scam is this company trying to run now.

Placed an order, never got an update. Waited on phone over an hour to be told it hadn't been faxed to my vet in five days. No update after that. Website still said order "pending". Called again three days later. Waited on hold one hour, thirty minutes. Customer service rep (male, I have his name) finally answered. He told me it had shipped. I asked for a tracking number. He put me on hold again for 15 minutes. He came back, said it hadn't shipped. Which was it?? He got very rude when I then said to my just cancel the order. 20 minutes later he said it was canceled, though I had no proof in writing of that. When I asked for a supervisor, he hung up on me! All of this took well over two hours of my working day. This company needs to examine its representatives, its hold times, and lack of communication to customers. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Very slow, couldn't get customer service on the phone or to reply to an email. A week after ordering medicine for my cat, I have no idea what is going on with the order.

I ordered a bunch of items for my cat that were shipped on 5/5/20. Only half of the items arrived and one item that did arrive was joint treats for dogs, not cats. I received an email stating the things I didnt get were backordered. I have contacted them 4 times now with no response. It is July 2nd and I have not received the "backordered" items. Would never order from this company again.
