This company is horrible to deal with. Do not trust them to get medication out on time.

Quick & Easy delivery

This is an unprofessional site being run by a skeleton crew. In todays environment, small sites like this and their cost saving measures are unacceptable and this site should be avoided. They were out of stock on my item, when I called 3 weeks after order to see why it wasn't shipped, I was told it would be in in two weeks. But when I pushed her on it, she admitted she didn't know if it would be two weeks, thats just what they are told to say. She did cancel my order quickly after that. Also, took 5 min to get a rep on the phone. Another tiny website trying to pose as a big boy online.

I have decided to shop elsewhere for the much needed heart medication I give to my Yorkie Dachshund mix. Entirely Pets wants a little over $90.00 for a 60 ml bottle. However, when I received my last purchase I did not check the box. My Bad. I bought the medicine in good faith, having purchased this med from them before, so I opened the bottle and dispensed the medication to my pet. This was in April, and it wasn’t until the beginning of July that I happened to notice the box had an Expiration Date of July 2020. Again, My Bad. Entirely Pets would not take the medicine back because I opened the bottle. I quote: “There is nothing further that we can do for you. You will need to pay for another bottle or we won't be sending another one to you." The man I spoke to prior to this notification was extremely rude. He repeatedly spoke over me and hung up on me mid sentence. What were they going to do with the bottle? Send it back to the manufacturer and demand a refund. I did make a mistake in not checking the box when I first got it; but so did Entirely Pets. Why didn’t the pharmacist at Entirely Pets check the expiration date on the box when they filled the RX. They have my dogs information. My dog only weighs 10 pounds. Common sense dictates that I couldn’t possibly use all this medication in 3 months. And I couldn't keep giving it to her. After researching the Internet I found that it is dangerous to give this type of medicine to a pet after the expiration date. I understand FDA regulations and the policies put forth by Entirely Pets as they told me them repeatedly when I tried to explain my position. This wasn’t the issue. The issue was that they sold me a bottle of medication in April that expired some three month later. They sold me a bottle that was getting ready to expire and this wasn’t right. Entirely Pets should have stood for the customer. I have decided to shop elsewhere for this medication and after this incident I will also shop elsewhere for any other medication I was getting at Entirely Pets. I did find through another pet RX site the same medicine by the same manufacturer, 60 ml for around 60.00. Guess where I’m shopping now. And the bottle this new company sold me in July doesn’t expire until January 2021. You know, I would have stayed with Entirely Pets, paid the amount listed if they would only have put the customer first and made this right.

They promise a 3 day processing time but its more like 2 weeks if not longer. The first time I ordered from them they lied about sending vet verification and my vet not responding. After calling them non stop, I finally said cancel my order after more than 2 weeks of not mailing my meds. When I cancelled, they mailed them out. Since they have good prices I decided to try them one more time with a refill thinking it would be much faster. Nope, same thing, promise a 3 day processing, its now 10 days and the medication has not shipped, even though the last 2 times I called they promised it was being shipped that day. I finally cancelled the order. They charge for shipping, when you take that into consideration, it cost the same as getting it from the vet ( meds cost over $90). I would not recommend them, just a big headache dealing with them, not worth the few buck you save.

Extremely disappointed with this company. They have good coupons and low prices but don’t update their website to reflect when items are out of stock or back ordered. Twice now I have placed an order only to find out a week later that my shipment is being delayed because an item is on back order. This last time I called asking if the in stock items could be shipped immediately and was told they could and would be. A week later, I’ve called numerous times and keep being reassured that the in stock items, which happen to be HEART MEDICATION FOR MY 14 YEAR OLD DOG!!!!!!!!!! are being processed only to speak with someone later to confirm only to find out that they in fact still have not shipped!!!!! I was actually reassured twice that they without a doubt would ship today, only to call back later and be told that they “should” ship in two days! If you try to speak with a manager or supervisor you’re told that they aren’t in at the moment. I’ve been trying for almost two weeks now to get medication that my dog needs to survive, medicine that I have paid for yet still have not received and that hasn’t even shipped yet! Definitely would not recommend this company if you need medication because it’s questionable as to if and when you’ll actually get it!!!!!

After waiting for 2 weeks and still had not receive shipping confirmation or any contact at all I called and nothing has been shipped they gave me some story about two of the products were on backorder but yet the site took the order saying they had them saying I would receive them in 3 to 7 days. I should have read other reviews like someone else said do not deal with these people they are the worst but of course my card was charged upon placing the order all you'll get it back in a day or two I wonder if that's about like them saying I w8ould get my order in 3 to 7 days. Thanks
