I placed an order in March and patiently waited. I waited and waited. I then got an email saying they would update the status of my order the beginning of April. That never came. I waited 6 months and then decided to message them asking about the status of my order. They messaged me back and just said they are canceling it. I didn't say I wanted it canceled. They didn't give me an option. The product I purchased in March cost around $8. They now have it listed for around $24. Price gouging. But hey, I understand supply and demand. But, I don't accept horrible customer service. Don't purchase from here.

If you order from this company you will surely regret it. I am in the process of seeking legal counsel to recover my money.

Fast and good prices

I made an order and paid over $150 in March 2020 and have never received anything, nor do they reply to my emails. This fraud I would give no stars if it was an option

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Placed an order for medication 10 days ago and called numerous times to ask when it would arrive. They leave you on hold forever and then promise you it’s going out that day, which never happens. Supervisor Shaun B so nicely “promised” it was going yesterday and would send me tracking info. Never heard back from him. Stay away from Entirely Pets! I waited on hold for 10 min just to finally cancel my order!

I made the mistake of getting on an Autoship for Bravecto flea meds with these people. My dogs began having seizures from Bravecto. I did not receive an email notification that the meds were being shipped, like reputable companies such as Chewy and Amazon provide for their customers in case they need to change/cancel the order. The packages were unopened and I called to return the merchandise. I was first told that the State of California prohibits return of flea meds. I looked at the Dept of Consumer Affairs website. Flea meds are not listed as non-returnable, nor is the no-return policy PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED on the EntirelyPets website, as required by the State of California. When I called a second time, I was directed to an obscure web page with one sentence buried at the bottom about non-returnable items. These folks are not dealing in good faith with their customers. Shop elsewhere.

I have been ordering from Entirely Pets for 10 years. My latest order experience has been beyond terrible. I got an order confirmation and then 11 days later my product still hadn't been shipped. It took three phone calls to reach them (I left two messages that were not returned) and they couldn't find any reason the package had not been sent. So the latest is: supposedly it was sent yesterday, but now I can't track it -- can't locate it online in my order history. So I must make more phone calls today. Still waiting for my dog's medication. I never write reviews but if your pet needs medicine in a timely fashion, please look elsewhere. I don't even want to give them one star.I actually had to suggest to the customer service rep that they bump up my shipping since they had delayed me for almost two weeks for no apparent reason. He didn't even suggest it! Done with them.

Awful they would not process my breveto order stating that my Vetco prescription was not valid..awful customer service. No one knows how to help you. I would not use this service.
