Completely incompetent. It took several phone calls with long hold times for me and my vets office to approve part of one order and this is a whole week after the order was placed. Attempted to resolve the second part of the order and found this was going to be a repeat of the first part of the order. I’m sure my vet will start charging people to use mail order pharmacies now because of this. Completely uncalled for. They need to get a new fax machine or multiple fax machines and are most definitely understaffed. Do yourself a favor. Pay more at petmeds and be assured you’ll get your meds on time and without hassle and worry.

DO NOT order from them! I ordered an item and received a damaged product. This is unacceptable for prescriptions, so I reached out and was asked to provide photos. I did so promptly. Two weeks later, nothing. I called and got hung up twice after waiting for 10+ minutes. Then, I spoke with someone who knew my name and issue, before I even mentioned it. She said the person I emailed was away from her desk and wouldnt be able to respond for a few days. After her reluctance to transfer me, I spoke with a manager (Dylan) who told me he could resolve the issue and follow up by email the same day. More than 3 weeks later, I’ve heard nothing and it felt obvious that I was being lied to. They had an excuse at every turn. Clearly a company with shady practices.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered... they were super uncooperative, didn't contact me for weeks, made no effort to reach the vet, nothing happened and I lost a month! When I finally got through to customer service and started to explain how frustrated I was, the customer service girl hung up on me!!

This has got to be one of the worse on-line companies I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order and before it arrived, our dog passed away. I attempted to cancel it with no luck, it already shipped. I contacted customer service and asked to send back the order. They said I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing! Called in again and was told the same thing, I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing came. I called in a third time and the representative promised he would get me the label within the hour. FIVE hours of calls and being on hold and several e-mails which were never answered and I FINALLY got the label. The USPS tracking number shows the package was received by them on May 24th. A month later and still no credit has been issued. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, another hour of phone calls. Use Chewy.com. They not only credited my order, they also sent a sympathy card for our loss. EntirelyPets.com doesn’t care about you or your pet!

1st time ordering and last time. Great advertisement. BAD Service. My order sat in pending mode for several days. A kidney support product that my dog needs. Sent emails and tried calling several times. NO response. If you need something right away. Don't order from them. If you can wait a month for your order. Maybe it would work for you.

bad experience, I bought some items that didn't need a prescription and I was waiting for my order for almost a month. you enter the status and have no update on what is happening. I sent 3 emails to try to solve it and nobody answered. now after almost a month they send me an email saying that my products are on the way, and of course i already bought everything i needed elsewhere. finally, i will have to wait for the products to arrive to return everything and only then will i have my refund. Unfortunate.

Ordered AminAvast and Cosequin for my Cat on May 8. On May 10, Entirely Pets shipped the AminAvast and showed the Cosequin as being on backorder. The site should have shown that before I was able to order. I have called multiple times over 2 weeks only to have my calls disconnected after waiting on hold for the next available rep. I have sent a email and received no response. I have selected the veterinarian option on the call to leave an voicemail message again with no response.

These guys are pandemic price gougers and just plain not honest or responsive. They never responded to the requests for status I sent, and never picked up the phone. Then, after about 6 weeks when the product was back in stock, they just cancelled my order with no explanation. I went to the site and saw they had jacked up the price about 400%. Instead of fulfilling my order, they obviously decided to just gouge someone else.
