Ordered from Entertainment Earth and the same figure had issues until the 4th one! Not EE’s fault…clearly the manufacturer’s design. Donald was the most AMAZING & understanding/patient/helpful customer service agent, I’ve ever been helped by with an action figure! Couldn’t work with a better guy! He went WAY OUT OF HIS WAY 2 help us! Thank u EE 4 people like Donald 2 come 2 the rescue! God blessed my experience there greatly! Will definitely shop there more and encourage others to as well!

Ordered a Ryan Garcia Funk pop in July of 2021 and still haven’t received a thing? No emails, no updates, nothing.

Bought a funko pop. Paid even more in duties than product price. Awful.

They make mistakes more often then I would like but they do fix things and make good, if you ask twice. Our sales rep is the best part of dealing with EE. He listens and knows exactly when to call me so I don’t miss the hot product for my customers. I had to fight with management to keep that rep once we graduated to ‘high growth’. Glad they let us keep him.

stay away from this company. They wasted my time for 3 months; waiting for the products to arrive and when they arrive they want to send it to another address and charge me extra fees, do not waste your time, the advisors do not attend you, they do not answer emails, they do not answer calls, a real disaster. Stay away from this company is an absolute waste of time.
