Everything I planned on ordering was either "Restocking Soon" for months or "Coming ____ 2023." I had already ordered one Funko. but I just cancelled and now I want my $12 back, but I have to REQUEST A CANCELLATION?? That's ridiculous that you have to request a cancellation. Wasting time and money on a company that doesn't care about promptness and customer service. Kept getting emails every other week about my "outstanding order" but the pop kept saying "restocking soon." My recommendation is just to go to Ebay or something. I know it's sketchy sometimes but at least you KNOW you'll be receiving something 80% of the time. All EE is about is wasting your time and taking your money.

Do not get involved with distribution. They promise you items that never come and if they do come they are 6 months late and you can't sell. Try to cancel and they'll charge you a fee. This company has taken on distribution soley to destroy snall businesses. Their team has had many chances to address my concerns. "We state that items may not arrive on time, so you have to pay us cancelation regardless"

I placed an order, and it's still processing. It's been nearly a week. They better ship my order or I will report them to the FTC. I hate websites that **** around.
Response from Entertainment EarthFeb 3, 2023
Hi, Dan. Thank you for your patience with your order's processing. Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days, but processing time can vary depending on the volume of shipments our warehouse is handling at a certain time. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. Please don't hesitate to contact our Client Services team directly for further assistance.

We strongly do not recommend working with EE distributor in 2023. Customer service trapped us with the Assistant manager's knowledge and approval and didn't cancel our pre-order we placed 3 months ago and forced us to pay unfairly. In our last talking with the Assistant manager on 27.01.2023; He said either pay the money or go. They have the worst give customer policies to work for in America. they do not deliver the products on time and threaten you with their policy to pay a penalty. ''When you want to cancel the Pre-Order, they never respond '' After months, you will see that an attempt is made to automatically withdraw money from your credit card without giving any information for the order you never knew whether it was canceled. ''The Assistant Manager'' (Emerging Market Accounts) official thinks his customers are worthless and unimportant. Maybe he doesn't realize that his paycheck is paid with orders from business customers like us. I noticed that they did not deliver your pre-order on the promised date, and NEVER respond to your cancellation request to make you pay a penalty in the future, and worse, they did this on purpose.

I've been waiting for a pre-order for half a year, they still do not send. Money is not returned. I don't recommend working with them.
Response from Entertainment EarthJan 21, 2023
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Nikola. We're sorry to hear that the manufacturer has not fulfilled your item yet. Please be aware that as a distributor we have no control over a manufacturer's production and delivery decisions. Additionally, we will not charge your payment method until an item is available to ship out, and we ship items on a first-come-first-served basis as soon as they are delivered to us. We encourage you to reach out directly if you have any further questions or concerns. Our team is glad to help.

Garbage company. Waited a year for a pre-order that they just canceled. STOP SELLING SH!T YOU DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN GET!! Will NEVER order from here again and neither will anybody I know🗑
Response from Entertainment EarthJan 13, 2023
We’re so sorry for the upset, Lane. We do understand your viewpoint and we take your comments seriously; however, we have no control over a manufacturer’s production decisions. While we make every effort to fill all orders, that's not always possible because we do not produce these items ourselves. Manufacturers may choose to cancel or discontinue any item at any time without explanation. Our goal is to ship orders, not cancel them, but we inform clients as soon as we have firm information from a manufacturer an order must be cancelled. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly with any further questions or concerns.
