I called with a payment related issue on a pre-order item that happened to come in several months early. Who's going to complain about not having to wait months for a much anticipated Funko item to show up in their mailbox, right!? Well there was an issue with my payment method and Don swooped in like the Batman in the darkest of night and swiftly saved the day. Many thanks bro!

Don was great, and extremely understanding and helpful! Had a bad experience with a prior associate, and Don was the total opposite. Again, he was very understanding, and related with my situation. He was also willing to hear and listen to the customer, the collector, and shared concern for the situation. He provided customer service the way it’s supposed to be done!

Donald is the man!!! I've dealt with him over the phone a few times already and every interaction Don was helpful, going above and beyond for his customers. Reps like Donald is why I choose E.E. over B.B.T.S. or anyone else for that matter. I get the sense that Donald is here to help the customer in anyway he can. Donald was an amazing answering my questions about an item if it came with a certain ascessory. He owned the item that I wanted to buy and he went and opened up his collectable to confirm if the acsessory was included. Thank you Donald so much!!!! He went above and beyond for me this man deserves a raise for sure he definitely cares about entertainment earths customers!!!

Donald Tapia was very professional and helpful to resolve my issue by getting a replacement item for an item I received damaged sent out asap and to arrange a RMA for the damaged item.

Don Tapia was extremely helpful. Part of my order did not ship and was on back order, but I needed these for a party coming up. So Don was very helpful with getting my order cancelled. He spoke with me several times because I was waiting for the shipment, but ultimately we needed to cancel and he was so helpful!

I call customer service to complain that the shipping company had damaged the product I had ordered! I have ordered many items from Entertainment Earth and never had a problem. I was greeted on the phone by Donald Tapia, I explained what had happened, I did tell him I know it was not their fault, but the shipping company! It was so nice to hear they would replace my item at no cost to me. I am returning the damaged item, in the same box so they can see it. I am very grateful to do business with such an upstanding company! Thank you !
