Awesome customer service! Donald T. is very professional and knows what he's talking about. He helped me understand how the invoice is laid out. As well, he helped me return and replace an item. He is adept and proficient at what he does! I called and spoke with him a second time and he was MORE THAN helpful...again! Excellent communication! 5 Star rating all the way!

I've written positive reviews for entertainment earth but things have changed over there. Be careful of Donald. He has the worst customer service rep over there. There used to be a higher level of mint condition guarantee at entertainment earth but their standards and customer service have taken a huge dive. I calculate $150 to resell their items at a loss. To the owner of entertainment earth, Jason. No need to reach out. Donald gave an attitude, was rude so there's sno reason for me to make orders over there. I would've been fine returning the sealed items and never buying again parting ways on good terms but I do not agree with taking tons of photos of the paint issues and then possibly being rejected after doing all that work. Too much of a hassle and definitely not a hassle free experience. Reply to entertainment earth's response. That's fine. That is your policy. However, simply put customer service and the level of quality has changed at entertainment earth. I frequent the message boards and am a long time member with collectors and resellers who have collected and resold items from entertainment earth. It's silly to say your items can't be resold. Anyway...fair is fair. I gave eearth positive feedback before and I am leaving negative feedback where it's due. Donald has never been the most customer friendly employee. I refused a resolution because I do not seek to take photos of 10 items when there's no guarantee of a refund. I live nearby and asked if you offer pick ups so I can look at the items beforehand since I buy in bulk but I was told you do not offer pick ups since the pandemic started. So I would rather resell. Your offer to resolve this is noted but unnecessary as customer service has gone way down compared to previous years. I could have even filed a dispute but chose not to prolong the dispute. I would rather move on and buy elsewhere. Take care.

I appreciate that EE still does free shipping, as being a smaller company unlike a certain huge on-line marketplace, and that they used a trusted source like UPS in my case, for the shipment. It arrived well-packed, and promptly and I was satisfied with the three items I ordered. Everything looked like I expected and both items that I opened (one I am going to wait on for a partner piece for display) what was I was thinking of when I looked at the description. The prices were more than competitive, for the items I ordered, as some were outlet/close-out and I appreciated that as well, versus a different auction site where people try to mark-up stuff that they found at big box retailers. Especially for the collector who doesn't have access to some of those retail options, Entertainment Earth is a good site for their needs. I also appreciated that they are local, and while they aren't a true mom-and-pop business, they are essentially in my back yard, since they are also in Southern California, so I definitely appreciated that I could speak with someone about my order and get follow-up assistance.

Called Entertainment Earth about an issue I was having with a recent order and Donald came through with some seriously great customer service! I really appreciate this commitment to getting the job done right. Thanks again!!

Don’t trust this company. First issue: I did a preorder on items that they said would be sent out in February, but two months later were still not sent even though I could get them easily elsewhere which is what I did because I was tired of waiting for them. Second issue: I received a funko from them that was damaged, but the shipping materials were completely fine. So that only tells me that they ship damage funkos even though their website says they only ship mint items. I asked if they could do an exception on a return of funkos that I ordered 6 of because my experience with them has being horrible. I was totally okay with returning all 6, but they said “no exceptions”. Even though they didn’t follow through on their promises they couldn’t even accommodate me. Never ordering from them again.

Donald to the rescue! I received a Joy Toy item that had a shield piece different than the box art, the Joy Toy manufacture's page and Entertainment Earth's sales page. I opened a request for replacement of the shield with the correct piece or return for refund and was initially denied stating that Joy toy changed the piece due to running out of the other one and no return because I opened the box! It's a closed box! How can I know it was the wrong piece without opening the box? Also, they may have changed it but not the sales advertising and or sales pages! That's against false advertising for an item with a clearly nonmatching style or type. I decided to call in instead of emailing more and got Donald! He Rambo'd that shiz fast and agreed with me completely and took my side in getting the request to return pushed through! We need more people like Donald in customer service or CS Managment!
