Yesterday I went to El Pollo Loco by Vermont across LACC, I'd been coming to this location regularly as it is closer to my place and enjoy the foods. Unfortunately, the thigh piece if chicken served was bad like off. I told the worker in the counter that I cannot exchange it as I already touched it. The manager said the same thing. I was rudely dealt with when all I want is to have the thigh replace with fresher chicken. If course you cannot est something that is spoiled. Though they exchanged it but mind you, the workers were all insisting that it was fresh and good chicken. They were so bad that that I should call the health department to straighten them out.

This place on sierra,canyon country ...absolutely lousy service, rude people and lousy excuses. I waited 20 minutes and was told this is not an issue, we are 20 minutes behind. They need training on how to treat customers with respect.

I downloaded the app to schedule a pickup for an 8 piece family meal. I should have been eligible for a free order of chips and guac or a discounted price on an 8 piece family meal for using the app. Can someone please tell me how to redeem these discounts? I spent way too much time on the app but no success. Bush League

El Pollo loco on Haun Rd in Menifee - there is an awful squeal from the music that is very disruptive - as well as the music is very loud. The Churros are extremely greasy and have a bad taste. The chicken is really good and tasty as are their sides. I wish they would bring back the black beans.

Walked into pollo loco one night and decided to eat in. Noticed all the tables were dirty with food scrapes along with table scapes on the floor. We decided not to eat there ever again.

El pollo loco on Avalon and El Segundo is the worse place to get take out 9 people working, but none to take your order because they talk too much, supervisor or someone from corporate should stop by and show them with it means to have a job

I asked my daughter to order online 10 piece chicken thigh and legs w/ 6 avocado salsa and 8 pico de gallo, large corn and rice plus flour tortilla. Order arrived without the avocado salsa, pico de gallo and flour tortilla. I called the branch at 1090 S White Rd. which it came from and the lady who answered can't explain why, I asked if they can redeliver what's missing and she said she can't. What kind of customer service is that. Btw, the package was completely sealed and all items were checked out when it arrived.
