Pretty quick service and good burgers

Last time I was there the thickness of the burger was a joke. i would hardly call it a burger it was as thin as paper. Fries were good though. I would not go back.

I went back a second time because the first time they forgot my fries. They charged me over seven dollars for fries I didn’t receive. The second time I went, the bun was ice cold. I think they just taken it out of the freezer. The fries were leathery or cardboard tasting. I really don’t see what the hype is for in and out burgers. They did comply next order but it was very disappointing. I have always said that advertising is what draws people in. I would not wait again in a line half way around the parking lot to order my lunch. It’s too commercialized. Sorry folks that is just my experiences with them.

Where’s the beef first time going there I Was disappointed. I thought it was going to be something special according to people that told me it was great. Lebanon Tn. We got through the line quick people were nice no complaints there just wondering how they got that hamburger so thin, now I know why you should order a double double.

I visited the location on sports arena blvd in point Loma San Diego, known for high volume esp drive thru where the lines go out onto the street. Bc of this walk in patrons are given second priority to drive thru. I'm a frequent customer and know the get down all too well so first waited in the long line to order then got my receipt with call number and proceeded to wait with a few dozen other hungry customers in the lobby, however since it was 11pm one of the busiest times i decided to wait in my car and feel asleep. Over an hour passed and i went to collect my dinner and they said they had already tossed it. I said what?! And they answered well yes we see you here all the time, what kind of response is that? Then ur well aware i come here all the time and I've never abandoned a meal! They refused to make another one so now I'm going to have 2 deal with customer service. I was livid as anyone else would be. Shame in you in and out! Your food isn't that good!

Haven't had In and Out in a while. They claim they didn't change their burger patties, but they did. They're extremely thin ans way smaller then the bun. It's pretty much a lettuce tomato bread sandwich. Then they position the patty at the top of the bun, so it looks like a full patty but get to the bottom and there is no more meat, and the pink lemonade literally tastes like mop water. Why has the quality gone down? So many people love it. I just don't understand. SMH

I'm really disappointed with my experience at In N out. I purchased a combo and with in less than 3 minutes of getting home, the food was completely cold. The fries were hard and tasted like cardboard and the milkshake was already melted. For sure this will be my last time there
