I ordered a chicken burrito and got mostly beans and rice and cheese hardly any chicken , last time for me!!

We had a wonderful dinner here! The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the staff was very friendly 🫶

Worse tasting meal I’ve had in months! We had the chicken avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla and not only did it taste bad, but the was less than a tablespoon of chicken in the whole burrito! Yuck!

Excellent food en great place

We looked forward to El Pollo Loco returning to El Paso Tx. and seeing them open again on G. Dieter Dr. We decided to get a chicken order for dinner today. Previous experiences were POSITIVE except for the notable smaller size of the chicken pieces when comparing to other chicken we've had from other Businesses. Today's experience makes us wonder if we will return. The Customer service was excellent; our order was taken by the counter person in a timely manner and the wait for the order was reasonable considering how busy the Restaurant was. It was a take home order. Once home, we started eating and noted again the smaller chicken pieces: leg and thighs...we've seen this before. Our biggest disappointment was how dry the meat was; it left us with the impression it was likely chicken from a batch grilled earlier in the day, rather than a fresh batch of grilled chicken; but I cannot attest to that. Today's experience did not leave a good impression and I hope this is not common or the norm.

Never eat there. Never spend your hard earned money there. Never pay for 2 cups of soup so they can give you 2 cups of broth with NO meat! Literally stole our money and then my husband is on the way back to return it and I call to speak to the manager as this is nothing I have ever experienced at any El Pollo Loco location , and I always order only the same exact thing. Olisos a hispanic male with a heavy accent maybe in his 40s answere the phone "May I help you?" Not a hello, not a thank you for calling El Pollo Loco, none of that. I had to ask , have I reached El Polo Loco on Northern? I said I am a business owner myself and I know it is not professional to answer the phone and not identify where I have called. He hung the phone up in my face. I called back from the same # (which is an out of state #) and they did not answer. Super cute - I called back from my other line which has a n AZ # and low and behold a woman answers the phone, I told her put Olisos on the phone, the man who hung up in my face. She tried to pretend to be confused. I told her a man who identified himself as the manager and (relunctantly) provided the name Olisos to me just hung up in my face and I want to speak to him. Low and behold, guess who gets on the phone as ghetto as ever and says "What do you want?" Yeah! You thought you would get rid of me and steal my money for an empty cup with no chicken no veggie nothing but broth and then hang up on me. No I do not think so. My husband was already driving up there, so that is what I told him you can play cute on the phone and hang up but I will be sure the entire internet knows how you treat people and you can tell my husband why you hung up in my face when he gets there. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. With all the severe food-related illnesses these days I would not trust this location at all based on the way their staff carries themselves as if they are in an alley rather than at work, and I really have to wonder how many others have been ripped off today like they tried to do to me. When my husband gets there the coward who was all big and bad on the phone won't even come out of course. He leave the women workers to handle it who also lie and say he is not there ( he was ther 3 mins ago when he was talking sh*t otp, so that's convenient). My husband was told there is no manager on-duty. Again, I would not trust the cleanliness - as they say nobody is in charge. They told my husband the "guy who made the soup is new". So that is what told him to steal all the meat and veggies and only to make and then serve broth. Wow! Be very very afraid if you eat here. You have been warned. If you spend your money here that is at your own peril. There are many other options including other El Pollo Loco locations very close by. I was feeling a bit sick today and actually chose this as a "treat" when we have $400+ in groceries here, what a HUGE mistake I will never make again. I will continue to do reviews on other platforms so the world knows about this despicable experience and putrid demeanor of the staff and outright theft by deception being practiced openly here by taking money for Chicken Tortilla soup and serving a completly meatless veggiless soupless broth! Its actually funny when you read it, doesn't seem like this is real. This is why those people will be replaced by robots soon and the food will be delicious and customer service will be excellent. I can not wait!

I had the two piece Leg and Thigh. I have no clue how you make a thigh dryer than a breast yet they clearly have figured it out. The Mac and Cheese was worse that cafeteria mac and cheese. Even Banquet Frozen Mac and Cheese is a lot better.
