I ordered a chicken burrito and got mostly beans and rice and cheese hardly any chicken , last time for me!!

Staff was friendly, fast service, but the food was not that good. Tacos were mediocre and the rice was the worst I have ever had. DRY! Beans were alright.

Chicken soup was horrible today. Very thick and only a couple of little pieces of chicken. It wasn’t like that before. I’m very disappointed

I love El Pollo Loco, and find their food tasty and satisfying. But I’ve learned that the north Indio location, which I live closest to, seems to always miss an item in my order. Again tonight, I got home with my order and there were no tortillas. I’ve had this happen numerous times at the north Indio location where something was missing in the order. I think I’ve learned that I need to rummage through the entire bag to make sure everything is there before leaving the drive-through.I’ve never had a problem at any other location except for North Indio.

La Cienega drive thru-around 6:30pm. Everything was pretty good,just the green sauce & guacamole was kind of spicy. Anyways,I chose mac & cheese,I found a piece of PLASTIC inside! I don't know from where or how it got there. Disgusting & dangerous! I took a pic of it but I can't download it here

The new "Double Protein Chicken Bowl", mostly zero nutritional value lettuce. MIGHT have been 20 grams of chicken protein in the "bowl of lettuce". No black beans, less protein, more useless fillers.

Buenas tardes/ noches, hemos comido el pollo sin temor a equivocarme desde su inicio, regularmente lo adquirimos en la sucursal ubicada en Ave. Gonzalitos y Ave. Leones, pero el día de hoy 20 de marzo del 2024, ni a mi esposa, hija, nietos y un servidor Nos gusto, un sabor desagradable al igual que la salsa (roja)

I like most of the food but my biggest problem is the chicken quesadillas. Every time I get them they’re extremely burnt to a crisp. I’ve been there multiple times (Linwood, Barstow). Even when I ask them please don’t burn the quesadillas…. ITS STILL THE SAME… BURNT I have pics but this site won’t let me post them
