Great week-long RV rental
I rented a 31-foot Four Winds 31MV from El Monte RV in Santee, CA for a week and had a great experience. Pickup was smooth, and the staff was very professional. The RV was spotless and comfortable, and everything in it worked perfectly. We drove Highway 1 and 101 along the Southern California coast, and the RV was a great home base for the trip. My wife, daughter, dog, and two crested geckos all enjoyed the sightseeing. I'd happily rent from El Monte RV again and recommend them to anyone planning an RV adventure.

The checkin was great

Great Service
The handover to us was excellent. The staff member in charge (Milan) explained the vehicle in an engaging way and patiently answered our questions. The return process was straightforward, quick, and hassle-free.

1st time customer. Will not be the last
As a 1st time renter from the UK I had a little nervousness about taking a large vehicle on a 2 week road trip on unfamiliar roads to me. I had nothing to worry about. There was a super easy check in process and run through of vehicle features. Perfect size RV for a 2 week trip for 2 adults No fuss return process at the end of the trip. Milan was very helpful & informative.

One star is generous
One star is generous. We rented this RV two weeks ago, and it was a huge disappointment from the start. Delivery was two hours later than promised, and what finally arrived was old, dirty, smelly, and visibly worn out. There seemed to be more things broken than working. Renting an RV should mean enjoying your trip—not paying to deal with someone else’s neglected equipment. The condition of this vehicle was embarrassing, and handing it over to paying customers like this was unacceptable. A complete waste of money and a frustrating experience. I would never rent this RV again or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find a rental that takes cleanliness, maintenance, and delivery promises seriously.

In all the times we've rented from El Monte we were satisfied with your product until now. It wasn't at all what we wanted. Then you added extra charges for pickup and return. Definitely looking somewhere else next time.
