Great holiday in a great motorhome
The motorhome we were given was in excellent condition. We did encounter a few issues along the way, but these were resolved during our trip after we called them. When we returned the motorhome, we were generously compensated for the inconvenience. All in all, we are very satisfied with El Monte.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience and appreciate your kind review. It is wonderful to know the vehicle met your expectations for quality. While unexpected hiccups can happen on the road, we are pleased our team assisted you promptly and ensured a fair resolution for the trouble.

The RV smelled like cigarettes and a rock hit the windshield and I was charged $550 for it because they say I didn’t get the right insurance for it. I told them I was never offered a better insurance plan than I took
Response from El Monte RVOct 8, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration regarding the condition of the RV and the windshield damage charge, particularly if the available coverage options were not as clear as you expected. Your feedback regarding both the vehicle preparation and the insurance explanation has been shared with our team for review.
