We are truly sorry to hear about the numerous issues you encountered with your camper rental, starting from the pickup in Las Vegas. We understand your frustration with the dirty bedsheet, the difficult-to-operate gray water tank lever that ultimately broke, and the overall unclean condition of the vehicle. It is unacceptable that the Platinum Package items, the coffee maker and toaster, were missing. We acknowledge that these problems significantly impacted your vacation experience.
