first day of our 21 day cross country…
first day of our 21 day cross country vacation we had issues with sewage system, no hot waterfor showers,and no heat inside RV. Contacted RV support and was satisfies with their fast response all else was very good and we would rent from El Monte again and already planning next trip !! THANK YOU El Monte !!

Never again, received defect RV, waterleaks, broken glass in drawers and floor, not fit for purpose
Booked and paid over two month ahead for a 6 weeks rental of class RV B vehicle. Arrived from australia and received a defect partially not clean ( finished) old vehicle. Nothing like the advertisement. Waterleaks in shower and roof. Wet bed when it rained. Glass parts kept comming out from under kitchen. ( previous broken glass top from stove that was not replaces nor cleaned up) been told thats it take it or leave it. No other vehicle available. We planned this trip for a long time and saved up for it. Total disapointment as we had everyday issues with this vehicle.

Great spot to rent an RV
Great spot to rent an RV. Customer service was great. I have rented from other locations before and this will be my new go to place from now on. Friendly and courteous service and RV was clean and comfortable! Thanks Geo for making the experience a good one for my family!

A few niggles but would book with El Monte again
Van was longer than we’d booked which was fine however we didn’t think the spec was as good. Excellent service at pick up and drop off. Good layout in RV with comfortable bed. Fridge worked intermittently so in the hot weather it was impossible to keep things cold. They did knock some money off though when we returned. Lounge area was very worn for the age. We did one way hire from Chicago to Dallas. Service in both locations was quick and efficient.

Flawless experience with El Monte RV. The motorhome was perfect. The team was amazing and walked us through every detail and made pickup/return so easy.
