I wish I could give this less stars
I wish I could give this less stars. Similar to many other reviews below, I downloaded to see if it would be helpful and now I'm stuck with a subscription to a useless app that I can't cancel payment on. There is no way to manage payment anywhere and I still haven't recieved an answer to any customer support tickets. Save yourself the headache and don't download this.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam - really wish I'd checked these reviews. I've had the same experience as everyone else here who is actually a person and not a bot. I'm sure they'll reply to this apologising for any problems I've had and asking me to email the help address which will be a complete waste of time as they won't refund me. Complete monster company preying on people with ADHD. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: What did I say? A useless apology from a dreadful, predatory company. The app was faulty - I was never able to log in. The sign up email I received just had a blank space where my email address/username should have been. I signed up for a one-off trial, NOT a subscription, and realised almost immediately the product was rubbish. I didn't bother to email for help because I knew I wasn't going to use it. A month later I get charged for a subscription I did not sign up for and now I'm getting stonewalled on the "help" email and here as well. I repeat - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Scam
Targets people with ADHD, gets them to sign up for something and then doesn't send any reminders that they will be charged - after the 7 day trial period. It is nothing special re: habit tracking or anything. It is yet another seratonin checklist. Once I realized my account had been charged after "cancelling", I wrote to them and requested a refund. I was told, sorry no can do, but "rest assured, your remaining subscription is cancelled." ... I don't believe it. I'm double checking in my google account.

This app does not deserve one star
This app does not deserve one star! A big scam. Not what is advertised. I requested my subscription to be canceled and they assured me it was. Now I see I have been charged twice more to the tune of $90. But because this scam ´servicé was delivered I could not be refunded.. despite being told it was canceled. Given the brush off by Jessica Bailey, Senior Support Specialist, who has ignored me since. Do not sign up for this joke of an app!!
