I had this app for 10 minutes and realized that it wasn't what I was looking for. I immediately emailed them to ask for my money back. I was charged $59.99 for the year and then offered the option of a lifetime subscription for $99.99. It did NOT state that it was an ADDITIONAL $99.99. I thought, 'I might as well, because if I like it, then that's cheaper to just pay once.' Well, I got charged $59.99 AND $99.99, And guess what, they won't refund me. I used the app for probably a whole 30 minutes and had it for maybe 12 hours. I will be formally sending a complain to the BBB.

I’m not a fan. It’s basically one to one the same as another tracker I’ve used for a while (Bearable) but more than twice as expensive. I emailed the team to ask about their cancellation and refund policy and the reply was that they only do refunds in case of technical malfunction. So even though I don’t like the app, which I figured out within the first few hours after paying 40 bucks for a year subscription, I don’t have the option for a refund. They should at least offer a free trial! You can’t even see the UI or anything until you’ve paid the subscription fee. It was advertised as an app tailored to ADHD on my social media which is why I was excited to try it but it doesn’t have any sort of specific features, just your run-of-the-mill tracker. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just not what it was advertised as. And VASTLY overpriced. I really wouldn’t recommend Effecto, the same if not better apps with a much smaller price tag are available.

Really smooth experience, endless customization options. It's amazing that I can personalize this app according to my needs. Took a little while to figure it all out, but after getting the hang of it it's become one of the most useful tools I use on a daily basis

Has everything I need for tracking. I'm really glad I've stumbled upon this app. I track my sleep, mood, anxiety level, activity level and what I eat. And it's really cool that I can do that with just one app instead of 5 different ones. And it's really nice when I get insights into what might have caused changes in my mood.

Really glad I've stumbled upon this app. It has all the neat features I need, the UI is not overcomplicated, it's quite easy to use. I've already learned some helpful insights since I started using this app, and I'm excited to see what other things I will learn about myself.

As I said in the title, I have been searching for an app like this for a while now. I can't really manage having five different apps for fitness, meditation, sleep, nutrition and health. This app lets me track all these things at once. Definitely a recommend from me
