If it’s so good, tell us what we’re buying first before committing and continuing to take money when the service is not to scratch at all
I believe a decent app should give you a free trial so you know what you’re signing up to otherwise it’s just an effect false promises you’re trying to sell something without knowing what you’re buying apart from a rubbish graph to tell you that in three months your ADHD will be a lot better? How can you promise that? How do you know what you’re getting? Why is 70 people being charged and they’re not happy with the service it’s so amazing offer a free trial or money back guarantee

Dear Kate, Thank you for your candid feedback. We truly appreciate your insights and understand your concerns regarding the need for a free trial and clarity about what the Effecto app offers. We agree that transparency is crucial, and we are actively exploring ways to offer a better preview of our services, such as free trials. We want our users to feel confident in what they are signing up for, and your suggestion helps us to improve. Regarding the promises made by the app, we want to clarify that the graphs and timelines provided are intended to help users track their progress and set personal goals. However, we understand that results can vary, and we do not intend to guarantee specific outcomes. Your feedback highlights the need for us to better communicate this to our users. If you or anyone else has experienced issues with charges or the service itself, we are here to help. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your account email and, if possible, your order number. Our support team will work diligently to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution. Sincerely, Effecto Team
