I am having a service issue and it seems like nobody except the sales person gives a crap I feel as though someone sold me a car that is not perfectly operational is my first used car and maybe my last used car

We have had a very satisfying experience with the team at the Colorado Springs Echo Park store. We ended up buying two vehicles there, back to back. Our sales associate, Hannah, was VERY patient with us and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Before the sale, during the sale, after the sale. Their cars are detailed exceptionally well, the entire purchasing process is disclosed very thoroughly. After initial skepticism, I soon realized that the used car buying business model has changed; for the good.

I purchased a Ford F150 Lariat and it was the easiest purchase of a vehicle either new or used that I had ever experienced. Everyone was extremely helpful, the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and the entire purchase was done in 2 days. I recommend Echo Park anyone looking for a used vehicle!

You can tell its their goal to find you a vehicle which fits your needs and wants, rather than a traditional car dealership that tries to push certain makes and models of cars depending on what they have in overstock. Honestly my rating was 5 out of 5 stars but it has dropped based on the follow up. I was told that I would be followed up with to get a second key for the van. That follow up never happened. Additionally I already filled out a review still left it at 5 stars and citing that disappointment, and I still received no follow up. I don’t know that I would necessarily recommend you to friends at this point.

This was our second purchase from EchoPark. Both times have been pleasant experiences. Their sales staff and service teams were great. I still use the EchoPark in Stapleton for most of my service. Always quick and easy. Price-wise, I'd say they were competitive on the purchase. I might have been able to drive a harder bargain with another dealer, but I doubt the savings would have been worth the hassle.

Echo park has the most amazing service and staff out there. As far as car sales are concerned and I really appreciate them and they’re amazing staff. Thank You
