One star is way too many! They do not deserve any stars!!! I was provided an offer at an "EchoPark location near you". It was supposed to be the EchoPark Vehicle Buy Center Orlando in Massey Cadillac, located at 4241 N. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32804. After arriving, I was told this location was relocated to Massey Cadillac South. I called the number (678) 268-6107, to complain and nobody answered.
What an epic waste of time!!! I sold my car to Carvana, they came to me.

One of the worst car-buying experiences…
One of the worst car-buying experiences I've had. I arrived pre-approved, knew exactly which car I wanted, and had everything necessary to purchase it. It still took nearly SIX HOURS because my salesman was juggling multiple customers and repeatedly disappearing. I also specifically asked that my credit not be run again. He assured me it wouldn't be. It was.
The bigger issue came later. I'm an out-of-state buyer and normally register my vehicles through my Native American tribe for roughly $200–$400. EchoPark never asked where or how the vehicle should be registered and instead collected $1,256 for Oklahoma taxes/registration. I didn't discover this until my Oklahoma plate arrived over a month later.
When I tried to resolve the issue, my salesman blamed me for not telling him I was Native American, argued that asking would have been "racist," and eventually started laughing at me while I was explaining the problem. Nobody needed to ask my ethnicity. They simply needed to ask where the vehicle should be registered.
I finally told him he'd sufficiently pissed me off and I was hanging up. His response? "Good. Thank you."
Surely management would handle this better, right?
It took multiple days of repeatedly calling EchoPark to finally get a manager to call me back. I called multiple times a day, and every time I was told someone would call me shortly. The only way I could get updates was to initiate contact myself.
When a manager finally called, he told me I was apparently the first customer from Oklahoma who had ever wanted to register a vehicle through a Native American tribe instead of the state. He also told me they would improve their staff training going forward, teaching employees to ask customers where they want their vehicles registered rather than simply asking whether their address is correct.
In other words, they're now planning to train their employees to ask the very question I've been saying should have been asked in the first place.
And what was the proposed resolution for my situation? Initially, $50 in gift cards, eventually increased to $100 in gift cards mailed to my house.
I declined the offer and explained that gift cards do absolutely nothing to address the financial impact of the registration issue. I told him that if he wanted to mail them anyway, there was nothing I could do to stop him since he already had my address. I did not accept the gift cards as compensation or agree that this resolved anything.
I'm glad EchoPark intends to improve its training so future customers don't experience the same problem. Unfortunately, that doesn't address the hundreds of dollars this mistake has already cost me and the hundreds more it will cost me a year from now.
After nearly six hours at the dealership, my credit being run against my explicit instructions, a costly registration issue, being laughed at by my salesman, and multiple days of chasing down management, their proposed solution was to mail me gift cards.
I gave EchoPark multiple opportunities to address this situation. While I'm glad they're apparently taking steps to prevent it from happening again, I remain extremely disappointed in how they've handled my experience.
I cannot recommend EchoPark Grand Prairie.

I purchased a vehicle on a Saturday....had it 3 days and started having issues with it. The return policy is 7 days with no more than 250 miles. Now I understand the policy but since I live 180 miles from that dealership, I would have surpassed the 250 miles returning it. I spoke to the dealership and Sonic who is their corporate owners, I believe and they didn't want to help me at all. They couldn't take into consideration my distance...so now, I'm out 1500 down payment and I'm stuck with a truck having issues or I just simply have it repossessed. Either way I'm screwed. Buyer beware. They are awesome on the phone and at the dealership but once you drive off, they don't even know you.

worse car selling experience
worse car selling experience. Sold my Tesla to them got check and after 2 days they tell me they want to cancel the contract saying Tesla don't release the title, I called Tesla and they said it never happens and if car is paid fully they release within 30 days. EchoPark said they cannot get hold of Tesla, so I said how's that's possible when I can within 2 min? I even told my salesman how to reach out to them and they did not even try, and cancelled my contract. I could not pickup my car for 3 days and sales man used my car for person use for those 3 days. No compensation, no call from manager. I even tried getting hold of manager and it seems like they did not care. Pathetic customer service.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at EchoPark. I found a vehicle I was ready to purchase and scheduled a 6:00 p.m. appointment to move forward with the process. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the experience was unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time.
When I checked in, I was simply told to have a seat and that my salesperson would be with me shortly. My father accompanied me, and we waited for approximately 20 minutes without any updates or acknowledgment, despite having a scheduled appointment. There was no communication regarding the delay or any effort to explain what was happening.
The most frustrating part of the experience was watching my assigned salesperson begin assisting another family while I was still waiting. At that point, it became clear that my appointment was not being honored and that my business was not valued. I chose to leave and decided not to purchase the vehicle.
As someone who was fully prepared to buy a car that evening, this experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for a customer's time is unacceptable. I cannot recommend EchoPark based on the way I was treated.

EchoPark pitfall
Hi. I am doing my best to review this company in as many places as possible so that others can avoid the grief that they put me through. In any case, I did my due diligence to find the best price for selling our vehicle. I found EchoPark and did their only evaluation - answering every question 100% accurately. Upon finishing, we got an offer of $8,100. I was pleased with this so we made an appointment.
We had to take 2 cars 30 miles to this appointment. We got there and found Mike. He had to go out and inspect our vehicle. Upon coming in, he asked if it had been painted. I said yes. He said that he can only offer us $3,500. That was less than half of the original offer!! I told him that I answered everything online honestly and he did not give a crap.
I assured him that I will be going after his company for him wasting half of our day, plus gas,... If you are considering selling your vehicle, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
I hope that this helps many people.

Initially
Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase at EchoPark. Elijah served as my salesperson and provided excellent service.
However, a problem arose shortly afterward. Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12.
The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience.
Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner.
I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options.
This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve.
Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion.
Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle—an act of kindness—it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization.
The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty.
EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

I had an appointment at 130 pm to sell…
I had an appointment at 130 pm to sell my car at the Orlando Echo Park. I live one hour and forty-five from the place. It was pouring rain with an accident on the highway that was going to set my drive back another 30 minutes. I called to let them know right away and they told me that will be fine. When I arrived I was met by a guy named Tyrone that came out and shook my hand and said sorry but I have another customer and then he said he had leave and couldn't help me out at all. Who wouldn't be upset driving now 4 hours back and forth to just be told sorry. This is probably the biggest smack in the face of doing business with anyone my entire life. I was treated like absolute garbage. I called to complain and the lady felt horrible from what happened and said she would have her manager call me back right away. I told her that would be fine but the only tho g in my eyes that could even make me feel whole again is if they fire Tyrone from the Orlando location. Hopefully they will call me back to let me know they let Tyrone go. And if Tyrone reads this, I truly hope you get fired for wasting my time.
