I have had nothing but good experiences with EchoPark. Since I first visited them when shopping they have bent over backwards to be accommodating and helpful, without ever pressuring me for a sale. The facility is comfortable and professional. The car I bought from them has been solid and reliable, and the one time it had a failure they took care of it properly the first time without giving me any hassles; the service plan I'd bought from them was honored without a fuss. If I had to look for a new car tomorrow I would not shop anywhere else.

well i can say and i stand corrected all the things about echo park i was helped and mr aubrey helped me out and gave me the best help in customer service and the mechanics are wonderful there at ECHO PARK i thought it was horrible but misjudgment on my part and got the best carwashes there as well love the service there. and a complimentary wax as well. love these guys. LOVE THE COMPANY ITS A COMFORTABLE FEELING LIKE FAMILY.

Hands down the best group of people to work with. They made my 1st time buying experience hassle/headache free.

Car purchase was easy enough. No haggling or issues finding the car I searched out online. Finance process took an extremely long time and became frustrating. After the purchase was complete, the follow-up was pretty poor. Had to contact the dealer about an item that was supposed to be given to us and was forgotten, was told it would be sent out to us and still haven't received it... Also contacted the finance department with a question about the process and its effect on my credit report and wasn't given a response. Seems like once the deal was done, so was EchoPark with addressing any of our needs.

After purchasing my vehicle they offered to replace the rotors as a goodwill repair, which was great because they were starting to make the car shake from the time of purchase. When I brought them in they replaced 2 and rotated 2 after which time I heard squeaks coming from them. Brought it back and said maybe some dirt in there but all good. Not all good and kept squeaking so I rated them with those details and the manager called right away, great job on his part. I brought it in a 3rd time to a different location upon his recommendation and they said the rotors were improperly installed so that was the cause, replaced all brake pads and rotors to be safe. Within a week more squeaking, when I stopped by they said I got dirt in there and they can't control that. Had my car into the Honda dealership for a recall and asked them about it, they took a look and said it looks good but could be aftermarket pads causing it as they didn't see anything wrong. So this goodwill repair is turning into a nightmare!

I had gotten t-boned in an accident which totaled my car, so I was looking to find a good deal on a vehicle quickly. When I went in to EchoPark, the people were friendly enough, but they are unwilling to negotiate the price of the vehicle with you. At all. Their supposed reasoning for this is because they are offering the "best deal possible". Part of this is my own fault for not doing more research, but I was on the last day of my rental car contract and wanted to be done with my car search. Thought I was getting a good deal because the car was still covered under factory warranty, but little did I know, the car was already valued under the price they were asking at the time I paid for it. Therefore I was upside down the second I drove the car off the lot. The car also had a chip in the windshield that they would not replace at the time that I purchased the car (they only filled it, which actually worsened the condition). My payment is too high and the longer I have this car the more screwed I am, so I am now looking to trade less than a year after getting this one. I will not be returning to EchoPark, nor will I recommend it to a friend. Do your research, lesson learned.

I bought my first Kia Sorento from the Echo Park in the Commerce City area and had a fabulous experience. Aaron was the name of the rep who helped me, and he made my first time buying a car from a dealership relaxing yet still exciting. Unfortunately, I was hit a year later which resulted in my SUV being totaled. Because my first experience was so great, I went back to Echo for my new Kia, but this time at the Thornton location. My experience lacked the relaxation and the excitement this time around. Once I explained why I was there, I felt pressured into picking a vehicle quickly. When I asked questions, such as about the visible rust under the tires, I received a brushed off answer about how all cars do that over time. This car was a year and a half old... Despite the pressure from the sales rep., I did find my replacement car from that location and feel confident in my purchase. Echo Park has fantastic prices for their vehicles, however salesmanship at Thornton is subpar.
