The sales associate I had an appointment with was not there. Our address was incorrect on the paperwork. The financial guy failed to apply our deposit to the downpayment. The company failed to send off the application for title. Two days before my temporary tags were to expire they FedEx'd the "title" to me, but it was the same title application I had signed in their sales room a month earlier, and neither the title nor the application had been submitted to motor vehicles. I passed comments to the manager and was told by my sales associate that nothing would happen because he was leaving soon and didn't care to represent the customers. There was damage to the front bumper cover from their parking lot accident which they were going to spray over without even feathering in the edges. I had them make arrangements with my local body shop to do the job correctly. Overall - do not expect customer service, it is more like a Lowe's or Home Depot - buy it if you like it, but don't expect any service or support.

I visited the EchoPark Automotive location in Grand Prairie on 8/25/2026 and want to share an honest, detailed experience. The good: They have a large inventory, and the base prices are reasonable. The bad: EchoPark advertises "no hidden fees" and "upfront pricing" on their website, but that was not my experience. I was told an "Appearance Protection Package" for $699 was mandatory — a charge that is not disclosed anywhere on their website or in their advertised pricing. When I asked the salesperson, John, to explain this fee, he couldn't/wouldn't clarify why it isn't published anywhere. When I asked to speak with a manager, John sent over someone from his team who I believe was not actually a manager. This person was rude, offered no explanation for the fee, and told me to simply walk away if I wasn't willing to pay it. Additional issues: I waited 6 hours at the location — the store is severely understaffed relative to the number of customers being helped. I also felt the sales rep grew visibly annoyed when I asked to test drive more than 2-3 vehicles, which shouldn't be unreasonable when making a major purchase decision. Bottom line: Good inventory and sticker prices, but the "no hidden fees" marketing does not match reality, and the customer service when I pushed back on the undisclosed charge was dismissive and unprofessional. Buyers should ask specifically about mandatory add-on packages before going in, since they won't be listed online.

I visited EchoPark Automotive in Roseville on April 6 after finding a specific Tesla I was interested in. Unfortunately, my experience raised some serious concerns. After sitting down with a sales representative, I was told that the original 4-year/50,000-mile warranty had expired—which made sense since the car had 50,600 miles. However, the salesperson also claimed that the remaining battery warranty (7 years / 120,000 miles) was no longer valid because I would be the second owner. That immediately raised a red flag. I’ve owned multiple vehicles and have never encountered a manufacturer warranty that doesn’t transfer with the vehicle. I asked if anyone else had walked away over this, and he said yes—someone had done so the same day. That didn’t sit right with me, so I went home and did my own research. As it turns out, the salesperson was completely incorrect—the Tesla battery warranty follows the VIN, not the owner. I returned the next day and spoke with a manager, who acknowledged the mistake and said they would address it with the employee. I then proceeded to re-evaluate the vehicle I had test-driven. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the tires were in poor condition. The manager stated they were at 4/32 tread (technically legal), but the rear tires were clearly worn down to the point of being nearly bald in the center. Given that Teslas typically need new tires around this mileage—and this one was already at 50,600 miles—it was obvious the car would require immediate replacement tires. For a vehicle priced around $30,000, it’s unreasonable to expect a buyer to immediately spend an additional $1,500–$2,000 on tires, especially when the dealership advertises pricing below blue book value—which this vehicle was not. While everyone I interacted with was polite and professional on a personal level, the lack of accurate product knowledge and the condition of the vehicle were disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Finance department added extras in without asking, then when asked to take them out, someone from finance came out and gave the hard sale wasting our time, and we ended up walking away. All this after waiting an hour for our paperwork to get printed.

This was the 2nd time I bought at the North Houston location. My first vehicle experience was great, but this one wasn't so good. Before I had to make the first payment (7 weeks after I bought the care), the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and left multiple messages with no return call. I finally called and pushed every button until someone answered only to be told that because it was over the 30 days I would need to contact the warranty company and they provided me with the number. I pulled my paperwork and called Fidelity who in turned told me that I had to go through the dealership. I then had to make multiple phone calls to get ahold of a live person. That live person then transferred me to a "customer experience rep" not at the dealership location I bought my car from. Rebecca advised that she would send a note to my dealership and someone would call me back. Someone did call me back only to advise me that if I brough the car back to them they would charge me a diagnostic fee. By this time I didn't trust anything that anyone told me and I called my mechanic to look at the car. In my opinion I would be wary of this dealership in North Houston as the customer service AFTER you purchase the vehicle is atrocious!

I made the mistake of purchasing my vehicle while raining. This covered up damages on the front once it was dry. I expected more from a reputable dealer. The sales department was great and the transaction was painless and quick until the next day and I looked at the front of the car and saw over 40 chips/nics of paint out of the front bumper area. A detail shop wet sanded and applied touch up paint to make it less noticeable but that cost me $600.

So I have had my vehicle now for 3 months it has been the worst purchase I have ever made. My vehicle has been in the shop 3 times now and is back now for a 4th. From the A/C to the filters to the fuel pump and now something electrical. This vehicle has now cost me over $2,500 in repairs. Starting to feel like I'm the dumb one for buying from these guys. If you are looking for a vehicle, keep looking. These are not the people you want to by a vehicle from. STAY AWAY!!!!!! You have been warned!!!

Starts out like it’s going to be great service. They highly recommend you set up an appointment so that you can receive a more timely service. If you consider seeing me at 2:30 when I had a 1 o’clock (I initially had a 2 o’clock appointment but changed it and they said that was no problem) appointment timely then maybe you should stop following the doctor’s office business model. I get it. How can one calculate how long one is going to spend with the prior custumer but don’t try to deceive me with an appointment as if it’s going to be any different than any other experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Sometimes it’s good when they’re not busy and sometimes they’re just busy. If that was my only issue though I could understand because truthfully, I was OK because I do understand how personal service can extend past time allotted. However it didn’t end there. That was just the beginning of what would be what I would consider not very good service at all. The communication was painful. It literally took two hours for them to reply every time I had a question. They won’t deal with any outside lenders. I already had my financing in place with guardian credit union but they made that impossible. They tried to charge me $9000 more with their “upfront, no haggle pricing” by adding a bunch of stuff that I never asked for. I still don’t know what all of it was. They never even asked me if I wanted these things or even discussed with me what it is they were trying to charge me for. It just mysteriously disappeared. I know a huge chunk of it was what I would think would be an extended warranty, but it was listed under some acronym that made it unclear without explanation. The website says that if I purchase a vehicle in Alabama which I did the taxes tags and the $699 treatment that they do on the outside of the vehicle was part of the price but yet they tried to add it on top of the vehicle price.There was several other crazy fees like, lifetime dent removal and yada yada yada. Look, I think it’s great that you provide these services and I get the value of up selling but I don’t subscribe to assuming the services are desired. Once that was removed, they still wanted to charge me $22,999 when the vehicle was listed for $22,689 and then tried to insult my intelligence and attentiveness by telling me they are sorry there must’ve been a last-minute price cut. The truth of the matter is, it may have been a simple mistake, but given all the other stuff, it left it open to suggestion. Bottom line, all I can say that from beginning to end it was not a very good experience. Great concept…. seemed like it was gonna be a very good experience…the sales person was extremely nice….. as a matter fact, everyone was extremely nice, but the process is very broken
