EchoPark AutomotiveReviews of echopark.com

Roseville location was huge! Pricing was great! It was easy, no hassle or haggling the car was in near perfect condition and no pushy salesmen! Kameron was awesome and so friendly. It took longer than we thought but they were really busy.

Birmingham, AL location The salesperson was personable, patient, not pushy and listened to what I wanted. They do add $700 for paint protection and $700 paperwork fee, and encourage you to buy an extended warranty. The price I paid for my 2023 SantaFe was still lower than other dealerships in the area. What I liked the most was the great selection to choose from with free carfax on every vehicle. The upfront, no haggle, negotiations kept it simple and less stressful.

I had a specific car in mind and Amy immediately brought it out for my test drive, all the while explaining features. She and Daron went above and beyond to craft a deal that would work for me. Patient people!

I was only in to sell a vehicle. Kept waiting for them to tell me, "that online quote is wrong, we can only give you $3k less than we said". But NO!?! They gave me $3k more than Car Max and $4k than anyone else!! Pretty painless transaction, I love this place!!! I would of given 5 stars but the process took 3 hours (12pm-3pm) and I didn't have lunch so I got a bit crabby. But part of that might be my fault because the wife's name was on the loan and she didn't come with. Overall great experience.

Echo Park is a very clean and comfortable dealership to do your car shopping in. No price haggling. Everything is done on a tablet so it makes it so quick and easy to complete the buying process. The staff were great. The only issue I had is the vehicle I found online had to be pulled from behind the lot. It definitely hadn’t been detailed yet. And four weeks later I realized the alignment was so badly off the left front had been warn to the radials on the inside of the tire. Always check wear on tires before buying. Have them replace the tires if necessary.

The sales man was very honest and helpful with the specs of the Honda Vezel I needed.

I would like to give it a 3.5 star. Pros: Good customer suport Nice inventory Competitive prices Cons: They tell you to finance through their own system. You can refinance but that doesnt change much I bought my vehicle through them and its running pretty well since 3 years. It was under company warranty when I bought so have got services with the parent company. The car had a problem initially but was resolved without hassles. The only problem lies with financing through their own banks which is quiet steep.

Jessie very informative, did a great job explaining the process of our sale. He courteous and polite. He knew the policies of EchoPark highly recommend u see him on ur next visit
