Our experience at EchoPark in Orlando was fantastic. Tyrone and his assistant were super friendly and helpful and selling our car was very easy and all above board. We couldn't be any happier with the process and their service. They also gave us the price that was quoted in the email, unlike other such dealerships who emailed us a quote and then when we went in with the car, it suddenly was thousands of dollars less. I highly recommend EchoPark in Orlando.

My husband and I traveled to EchoPark Automotive in Thornton, CO, to purchase a 2024 Tesla Model Y. We traveled nearly 1,000 miles to see the car and take it for a test drive. However, we found the vehicle in a condition that did not meet the expectations of a potential buyer. To put it mildly, the car interior was far from ready for sale. We prefer not to go into details, but it’s hard not to question why the car wasn’t prepared when there was a group of 5 to 7 staff members gathered at the front desk, seemingly doing nothing. Ultimately, we decided not to buy the car, and we felt both disrespected and frustrated by the situation. After discussing our concerns with the onsite leadership, we felt our points were not received as they should have been. We escalated the matter to upper management, and we were pleasantly surprised by their response and professionalism. While our initial encounter was disappointing, the leadership at EchoPark took the high road and demonstrated accountability for the situation, which we wholeheartedly appreciate.
