Quality clean car, good customer service, easy buying experience.

The car I bought originally had floor mats. When the car was "detailed" and brought out to me, I took it home and realized the car only had 1 of the 4 floor mats. I have reached out on SEVERAL occasions to try to obtain them,and to no avail. I've reached out directly to the salesman that helped me with finalizing the purchase- he said Customer Service would get back to me- never happened, any of the times he and I spoke. I keep sending reviews as a response to the email questionnaires that are sent out, am asked if I would like a customer service rep to reach out, and still receive no follow-up even when I respond "yes". They are great at sending out emails to get your feedback, but I have yet to experience any follow-up or follow-through. I'm bummed, to say the least. Yes car mats are replaceable... but when you spend a hefty chunk of money on a vehicle, and the mats are pictured with it, you kind of expect to get what you assumed you were paying for.

I just wish I picked a different car. This Hyundai has 0 features that a 2017 model should have. I was just in a hurry and now it's too late to go back. I personally made a poor decision.

I filled out one of these several weeks ago expressing some dissatisfaction with the car I had bought and didn't receive any kind of response so I'm guessing these comments are rather pointless.
