salesperson was more worried about his doctor app. than selling us a car then when it was time to pickup the car no one new where the car was for 15min then it took another 90mins to clean the car up and no one even came out to deliver the car to us we wont be recommend echo park !!!!!!!!!!

The process was smooth, and Nate was terrific with the sale. There are some "extra" costs associated with EchoPark. They're not hidden, but it's the only thing that prevents a 5-star rating.

The staff at Echo Park on 104th , is great. We have a few problems with our truck, and it is under manufacturer warranty and Echo Park has stood by us all the way. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from them. I have also recommend they to family and freinds.

I trust Echo Park for anyone to buy a used car. Especially for women!!!

I felt very pressure to sign the paperwork as soon as I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was promised that certain things on the car (small scratch, cleanliness, mark on steering wheel) would be addressed and corrected prior to the vehicle being released to me. None of this was done and the solution was to have me drive over an hour back to the dealership only to have the issues not corrected a second time. Would have rather paid more and had to deal with a real car salesmen if it meant I got the car in the condition anyone buying a new car should expect.

Good service and honest folks. Will definitely be coming back!
