When I decided to go to EchoPark, I knew I wanted to find a newer car to buy that would last a number of years for our family. I had some favorite makes in mind and the sales associate had much patience in looking for what I wanted to see. Initially, I test drove two vehicles and then went back another day and test drove a third one. The vehicle I decided on was located at a different location. EchoPark arranged for it to be transferred to the nearby location for me within a short time frame and it was exactly what I expected after viewing it online. After the purchase, a family member noticed the bumper did not look right on one side and we saw that it had some damage. EchoPark fixed the problem without hesitation. It had to be taken elsewhere for that fix and they gave me a loaner that was an even new model of the car I purchased. Very convenient. Everyone there was very polite and answered all my questions. They did not push me to be in a hurry to make my decision. I would go back there again if the need arises.

I enjoy Echo Park!

buying the car was easy, everything after was hard. Loan docs were under wrong lender, issues with car so sent back to Echo to fix....three weeks later only a few items on the list were fixed. One item I was told was fixed was not, tint never replaced, scratches on rims not completely fixed. The person who helped me in the service shop was great but the vendors they work with along with a manager at ECHO were not. I had to take my car back to their vendor to get the speaker fixed and pay out of my own pocket for window tint Echo ruined and didn't get reimbursed,

I have purchased many new and used Vehicles over the years. From big name dealerships to little one off's. EchoPark was far and away better than any car buying experience I have had. All I can say about the no pressure, no haggle options they provide and Salaried sales people? Not one Bulldog trying to pressure you into a sale to feed his lifestyle. It actually feels like they genuinely want to help put you in a car that wont break you. My used car even came with 3 month warranty from the dealership as it has less than 100k miles on it! And for on 08 was in beautiful condition. Lets also mention FREE CAR WASHES at the dealership for the life/length of time you own the car!

Gray was the best everrrr

Had problems with my car less than 6 month. After buying my car a month after took my car for a light on with oil. They fix it but a month same proble. Also asked them to check for a riddling nose on tire brakes. They said everything is fine. But now I have a big issue all the brakes wire and pad are complete destroy. Took my car to a different mechanic. Would not trust them .

Had my car for 7 weeks problem is still not fixed
