Great experience, easy, no hassle and fast. I would absolutely come back. Our sales rep was not pushy at all. He made the process easy for me and my wife. When we decided on the car we wanted, they approved me for a better rate than my credit union (which was pre-approved and very low). The whole transaction took less than an hour. Love the free car wash benefit as well.

only 4 months has gone by and my car basically completely crapped out on me. When I had purchased the car, I was told it was properly and fully inspected, and I also signed knowing there was a recall on the door latches. I'm a nanny and NEED a safe car. Two days ago while driving on the highway on my way to pick up the kids, my check engine light came on and my car shuddered a lot and stopped running. I got it to Echo Park in Stapleton, not the Arapahoe location I had originally purchased it at, they had told me there was a recall on my transmission and that I needed to bring it to Ford and they weren't sure why I was not told about it when I bought it. Not only did that upset me, but when I brought it to Ford they had found a LOT more than just the transmission wrong with it. It needed new engine mounts because they were completely deteriorated and there were leaks throughout my car and I was told these problems were there for a while. When I had called Echo Park to see if the damages were covered under my warranty, of course they were not, so I had to pay a lot of my own money out of pocket. I then called Echo Park back today to speak to a manager after paying for the damages because I just felt lied to and like I shouldn't have had to go through this not even 5 months in as funds were still tight from the initial purchase. Jim, the manager, did not really seem to care, kept putting me on hold and made a lot of different excuses about why they didn't have the recall information on the transmission (probably because they wanted to make a sale that day) and also resumed to say that "we can't promise to do the best inspections every time and we can miss stuff from time to time" which made me immediately take back my good review and recommendation for Echo Park. I literally almost died on the highway from them "not doing their best inspection" and did not even get an apology. I am very disappointed in their customer service and no longer a happy customer. In my opinion this is something that happens on Craigslist after 4 months, NOT a dealership. They should make sure EVERY single vehicle is leaving the lot SAFE with NO excuses regarding inspection. Very unprofessional and obviously not as honest as I first thought.

A lot of bait and switch. Got a reasonable quote for changing the oil and doing a tire rotation on my well cared for low mileage Pacifica. But when I got home the service manager called me and said it'll cost an extra $175 to remove a cap because it was in a hard to reach location. I really feel it was total BS. The guy who gave me the estimate 'promised' the amount would be as he quoted around $80. Also SM gave me a ridiculous quote total of $480 to replace the brakes as well. Service manager even said if I could have them done elsewhere to do so. (Had them done at Brakes Plus lifetime guarantee for $99.) EP left a bitter taste in my mouth and won't recommend them or ever go there again. They are a very fancy new facility in Briargate here in the Springs and believe me I will be telling people to go to Brakes Plus instead or make sure you get a second opinion before committing to work on your vehicle at Echo Park.

Nate was amazing. Very knowledgable about the F150 and able to answer all questions we had. I recommend buying your next vehicle from him.
