I was blown away at how the whole experience went. I have always experienced pushy salesmen when looking to purchase a vehicle. The sales group with Echopark was great. I worked with a few different individuals over a few weeks and each one was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the process. They were not at all pushy and allowed me to take my time and make the decision on my own. Once I made my decision, the process was quick and easy. I love my new car more now than the first day I bought it. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Echopark.

I went to Omera Ford first...what a nightmare. At EchoPark there's a no pressure approach. Friendly staff, I would recommend them to everyone. I have already sent a couple friends that way.

We selected a car online and it was brought from another dealership for us. It was — and is — a beautiful car, well-appointed and clean as a whistle. After a test drive the purchase was conducted with none of the usual pressure or unpleasantness of other dealerships. Our salesperson, Fred Schneider, was so very helpful in keeping the process calm and moving ahead. We cannot recommend him highly enough! The car is wonderful, and we would recommend Echo Park to all of our friends and family!

This was the absolute best buying experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We have bought 2 cars this year, and will never shop anywhere else. We are considering trading in and upgrading our sons H3 soon. Thanks to the whole team.

Very straightforward and clean process.

Great service and when my hubcap fell off they replaced it with little wait time. It was hassle feel but one thing I would have loved was to have my car detailed after purchasing. Also my car was in Colorado Springs and it needed to get to Denver and it had about 200 miles more on if from what the paperwork said. Overall I am happy with my car.

The buying experience was great. Customer Service after is sub par. I have mixed matched tires on my Tahoe. I’ve been told by two different companies. A tire store and the dealership that by having different tires regardless if the sizes are the same could damage my four wheel drive. I asked the manager at Echo Park and they said it’s fine. Of course, my 90 warranty will expire soon and then there off the hook. I also was told by several employees at Echo Park that they inspect all vehicles. Be careful, my oil wasn’t changed or filters. When I had a mechanic look at my vehicle he informed me. So although you get great coffee and free car washes. Do your home work. I’m pretty disappointed.
