Thanks to the team in Colorado Spring I was able to trade my truck in for a fair amount and Anthony Hurt worked extra hard to get me the right vehicle that fitted all my needs. He was so friendly from the beginning, never once pushy. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all my questions, plus more. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, thank you Anthony! 5 stars because the company was clean and well organized. Staff was extremely friendly. Tablets were user friendly and easy to view all options. Financing department was quick and efficient. And lastly, I got an even better vehicle than the one I originally came for!

Great buying experience!
Echopark has a transparent, simple and enjoyable way of selling cars. The opposite from all the other dealerships I previously visited in the Denver area. Thanks to Paul Kaiser, Sarah Clark and Michael Brabham, my experience was superb and I will definitely repeat in my next car purchase. In addition, Echopark prices are competitive and the warranties and benefits for a used car are excellent. I highly recommend Echopark Thornton and specially working with Paul, Sarah and Michael. Thank you guys!

I spent a lot of money to purchase a car from EchoPark. The staff who helped me with the purchase bragged so much about how extensively they service the car before selling it. However, 4 weeks after buying this car, I started having problems and the staff at EchoPark was so unhelpful in proving a reasonable solution.

Don't Buy A Car Here!
I went to EchoPark, because I found a vehicle online at their dealership that I was interested in. I have had nothing but trouble with them since deciding to buy the car.
First, I asked that if I used their financing method if they could ultimately get the financing done through my credit union, and they said yes. Then when the paperwork came through the financing was done through a different credit union.
Second, the one thing that didn't work on the car when we test drove it was the turn signal, and they kept the car to fix it. It took them two weeks to supposedly figure it out. Then when we went to pick it up, we drove a couple blocks away and discovered it still was a problem, and we had to turn around and bring it right back. Then it took another two weeks before we could pick it up again. They told us several times they had to go over the entire electrical system repeatedly to find the problem. Then a few weeks after bringing it home, the car wouldn't start, and I had to have it towed. The mechanic that looked at it said the previous owner had gerrymandered the electrical system, and it needed a different battery and replacement of much of the electrical system which I ended up paying for. Obviously, EchoPark decided they were going to try and fix the turn signal problem without telling us about the electrical problems with the car. Either that, or the staff was so incompetent that they couldn't recognize the greater problem after working on it for a month. Given that the problem was recognized by the mechanic I took it to in a few minutes, I am betting it was intentional, and that speaks to an integrity problem with this business.
Third, I bought the gap insurance, and they told me that if I wanted to cancel it at any point I could get a refund of the unused portion--I just needed to call them. It turned out I paid the car off soon after purchasing it. I called them to cancel the gap insurance. After waiting several months and not receiving my refund I called them back. They then sent me an email, and told me they sent my check to the credit union that I had it financed with, and the credit union cashed the check. Why would they send the credit union a check for my gap insurance that I paid for!? EchoPark told me I would need to contact the credit union and talk them into issuing me a refund!
EchoPark has consistently demonstrated to me incompetence and a lack of integrity in the way they have worked with me. I notice there are a lot of bad reviews from other about them also posted online. Don't buy a car here!

Misinformed by Echo Park Employee
I sold my 2008 Audi A4 to the Echo Park in Denver. Appraisal was fast and easy but…… I still haven’t received payment for the transaction. The Echo Park website clearly states that you can have the funds directly deposited into your account or have a check cut in your name at the dealership upon completion of the sale. I wasn’t given any of those options. I was told to provide my email address, and someone would contact me via email within 24 hours to request my bank details. Once their finance department has received my account details, they would begin the payment process which could take up to 1-2 business days. I wish someone would have explained that to me before I sold my car. I don’t know if I would have gone through with the appraisal process or even sold my car to Echo Park. I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism. If funds aren’t received soon, will move with legal action.

We bought a car from Echo Park Thornton…
We bought a car from Echo Park Thornton on 08/09/2018.
We were giving a $3000 trade in, a month prior we were given a trade in value of $3500 but no car was available at that time.
While the sale man was putting the paper work together he showed us what the monthly payments would be. I asked him if the warranty included he said yes He didn't ask if we wanted it so I said take it off we don't want it. He then quizzed us why we didn't want ( already had a Basic warranty left with 3 and half on original warranty).
We asked about the Gap insurance which they also included without asking again we said take it off. He again quizzed why how long will you keep the car.
Asked if we would go thru their lenders instead of Wells Fargo we said no. I had checked to see the availability of the car by email the sale man said a guest was looking at the car a short time later he wrote back and said they didn't take it. So if anyone deals with this dealership make sure you ask a lot of questions.

My story starts off with an awesome…
My story starts off with an awesome F-150. It continues with a baby on the way, so now my F-150 is not a need, it is a want, so trying to be a responsible person, I decided to contact Echo Park to sell my truck. I was greeted by Judy Benson and she was awesome over the phone! She set everything up for me to come down and sell my truck. I was originally looking at a Ford Focus, and when I showed up I was greeted by John. John and I talked for a while, he understood why I was there, and he was very understanding (as I did not want to sell my truck, however baby on the way takes precedence). John was ready to go with me to test drive the Focus, had everything ready and we drove. The Focus was a great car, however my Wife decided to come down and just make sure it was for us. My wife happened to turn right, and there is a Dodge Dart..... I told John once she gets here, that is going to be what she wants.... All of that being said, John was extremely patient, he re assured me in two years I can get my truck, and that was what sold me. He understood our situation. My wife took both cars for a spin and I knew before she drove what she wanted, John and Phil gave us the great news of what they would give for my truck, we were able to put down 2,400 on our new car and I can have this paid off in about a year with no problem, whereas my truck would have been a tough 30 months left. I will absolutely buy from John again as the right F-150 or F-250 shows up in a few months. I may contact him for employment in my line of work as he was so awesome! Very laid back, very trusting as they are not commission. I am also non commission and once was, I know how bad it can get. The dude has my business!

Worst experience!
I bought a used SUV here about a month ago. The woman (Marisol) in charge of the paperwork unfortunately misspelled my last name. I didn't catch it until I got home. I called them to alert them to the error and had to drive 3 hours round trip to correct it.
Today my plates and registration came in and guess what? They didn't bother sending in the corrected version that I drove 3 hours to sign. After calling their office 3 times today, I finally got an answer and they told me I'd have to go down to the county to fix it. So now I have to waste more of my time on their mistakes.
They have offered me NOTHING for this mistake. I will never recommend them to anyone and will make sure everyone I know knows how much they don't value their customers.
