Easyship makes it incredibly easy to choose from a variety of couriers at different price points and detail on level of service. Providing the option to request a pick up was very helpful. Platform is very easy to use.

If there's any way to leave a "negative star" review, I'll give them 5 negative stars. Sent a box out of the country a year ago. Now I get threatening emails saying they'll take action if I didn't pay the balance (but they can't seem to find a way for me to PAY the balance!). Looks like they keep charging additional fees later saying the courier company has charged additional fees. Never experienced this with any courier company in my life! Stay away....no discounts here. You'll pay far more using "Easyship" than you would otherwise going directly to FedEx.com etc. There’s no number to call them. They “explain” how I can pay the balance, but find it absurd that I can’t seem to understand how to do that (by the way, all the instructions given to me were useless, as the options they say DEFINITELY appear in my account screen ACTUALLY DON’T!!! But, I’m assumed to be someone who can’t understand a simple set of instructions!!). I’ve volunteered multiple times to call them, but calling is not an option for “non-premium” customers (customer service???)!!!! Also, they’ll tell you that you weighed your box incorrectly and there’s no way to dispute that!! I strongly suggest you take pics of everything you’re measuring with a measuring tape and also pics of the item on a weighing scale. Truly a horrid experience!!

Quick service and excellent customer service despite me at first giving the incorrect details. Spoke to their customer service who helped fix my mistake. Everything went smoothly from there and actually arrived quicker than expected.
