I came here to write a positive review as I'm blown away by how great it is, and shocked to see all the reviews. Did I get a different company? Easyship is incredible & 1000% earned a review. I wish I had found it 5 years ago as my workflow shipping goods for my online store has been transformed and with good value for money too. Everything has been faultless, the software works well, it takes lots of time off my packing and at the post office, and the one time I needed customer support, it was also fantastic - prompt, proactive, human and definitely keen to achieve customer success. I assume a lot of reviews are collateral damage due to failure of actual couriers (not Easyship) but as someone who has a clothing retail website I have found it transformative.

Excellent speed of response, transparent and clear with helping us understand the situation and provided us with further assistance in creating a ticket to our issue to attempt to resolve it

Good Services on Good Pirces

I shipped 3 items - 2 overseas and one local. So far all is well, one delivered, one out for delivery and the 3rd needs further looking into, BUT Easyship has been probably the best customer service experience I have ever had on line!!!!! Will definitely use again!
