Don't bother
I used Easyship to send a parcel from the UK to Morocco. I selected the option which meant that the sender would pay customs fees and charges (not the receiver). Further Easyship calculated that no customs fees and charges would be incurred in any case. Nonetheless a few days later, I receive an email from the receiver saying that they have been asked to pay customs fees and charges. Cue numerous calls to UPS to try and sort out payment (still unknown whether this has been resolved). No response from Easyship when I contact them to request why this has happened. All in all, I'm probably going to end up paying more than the item is worth in shipping and charges, and have suffered a lot of stress on top of everything. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Edit: Received an email from “Ryan — Head of Customer Service” who said he would look into the issue and could he be provided with a copy of the invoice for the product. I immediately responded, provided all the information and heard nothing back. Now I’m having to “return parcel” to sender to avoid incurring warehouse fees. Complete waste of money and time. By the way UPS isn’t any better in dealing with this either but that’s for a different review!
