They take your $2500 no problem and the day your warranty is out Sorry we don’t repair them!!! They want you to be stupid enough to send them another $2600 for another pair. They will not sell you one to replace the one that quit. Sorry Charlie you just get to pick this chicken ONCE. BUYER BEWARE

What they do not tell you is that they will refuse to repair any of their devices that is out of warranty. Therefore you pay $2,000 for a device with a one year warranty. After that warranty is up and it does not work they will refuse to repair the device. This has happened to me and I have appealed to the company and they did not even say sorry! they just said no. Too bad.

I am a returning customer to Eargo, having first purchased Eargo HiFi in 2019. I have just upgraded to the amazing Eargo 7. I have moderate hearing loss in my left ear and severe loss at higher frequencies in my right ear Eargo 7 is an incredible hearing aid. Smaller than the HiFi Very comfortable and almost invisible Fully programmable Program adjustments (permanent and temporary) can be made through your Smart phone Excellent sound quality Good water-resistant capability Excellent customer service who really understand their product and hearing issues. 2-year warranty Eargo has advanced immensely in technology and size since Eargo HiFi. Eargo 7 truly is now a ‘hearing aid’ and not just an amplifier. I am very happy with the sound quality. You almost forget that you are wearing Eargo 7. Eargo 7 is a great solution for those wanting an ‘in the ear’ solution. I am not ready for, nor want, a behind the ear solution. Granted, ‘behind the ear’ may perform slightly better than ‘in the ear’ and offer Bluetooth connectivity, but for me Eargo 7 is clearly the way to go! Well done, Eargo.

I have been wearing the Eargo SE hearing aids for 6 months now and love them. They are so easy to use and Eargo offers an online hearing test as well as very short videos that tell you how to take care of them and keep them clean. Great company and customer service also!! Highly recommend for people who have mild to moderate hearing loss.

I love Eargos! I have been using them for about 5 years and recently upgraded to the Eargo 6. The product is great, you can use the settings to adjust volume and reduce background noise. And the customer service is second to none!

I've been very pleased with my Eargo 7 hearing aids. They fit comfortably, enhance my hearing well, are very discreet and invisible to others and the battery life manages to get me through the day. The app allows me to adjust the volume and sound quality settings to accommodate most any environment. The customer service was very helpful in a number of ways!
