Très bien, le vélo est génial, seul bémol 1 seule option d'envoi standard et si on préfère avoir un envoi super rapide ce n'est pas possible.

After nearly a year of use of the e-bike DYU T1, I've encountered several issues with this e-bike: Too heavy – It's impossible to carry, especially up stairs or into a car. Poor pedal assist – The assisted pedaling doesn’t work properly; you have to rely on the throttle every time you want electric support. Design flaw when folding – A cable gets in the way when folding the bike, and it often gets damaged or caught. Folding mechanism deteriorates – After a few months of use, the two parts of the bike no longer align properly when folded. Terrible after-sales service – Customer support is unhelpful and unresponsive. Do yourself a favor and buy from another brand.

DYU bikes are an excellent price-quality ratio. The website is excellent, what you see is what you get, and the customer support is excellent.

Everything is Ok. But I ordered another bike, but after payment I received information that this bike cannot be delivered to Germany and I need to take another. OK. I took the other bike. Second problem is second wheel brake. It looks like it should be refilled by oil.

Très bons vélos. J’en ai fait acheter tout autour de moi et les gens sont très contents. Par contre surtout ne pas acheter sur le site: faux coupons de réductions qui font augmenter la note, sav hors de prix, et ne respect pas la loi française sur la consommation et droit de rétractation. Je passe une commande, quelque heure après suite à une erreur je souhaite l’annuler alors que rien n’a été ni préparé ni même envoyé, et ils réclament de conserver 5% du prix pour frais l’annulation de commande en invoquant leurs CGD. Mais leur conditions générales de vente sont illégales. Site malhonnête, à fuir. Il y en a plein d’autres revendeur et en plus j’ai vu après, bien bien moi s chers. Soyez vigilants n’achetez surtout pas auprès du site DYU!!!!
