DYUReviews of dyucycle.com

Agent was very helpful and patient my bike is all good to go 😊🙏🏾

Snelle levering, fijne en vlotte communicatie met de klantenservice

I purchased an ebike from DYU and I had a lot of questions. DYU's customer service is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. I would ask a question and the very next day, I would get a reply. Their bike is really sturdy and well made. Thank you, DYU, for making a great product.

User friendly website and decent bike prices! Recommended!

Ideaal voor ritten tussen m'n lezingen door. De fiets is lekker wendbaar op drukke fietspaden en door het compacte formaat parkeer ik hem overal makkelijk bij de campus.

I bought two DYU C9 bicycles a couple a weeks ago. The parcels came as it should. On YouTube there is a great installation video from DYU cycle that supported me a lot to make the installation smooth and quick. After some adjustments of the gears the fun started. When you pedal, the engine starts up and you can choose three different levels, what speed your engine will support you and drive. You need still to pedal for it to work. When you get a grip of it, it’s great for my needs. Now I’m longing for the next ride.

a bit heavy, but totally fine. My husband and I use it to haul gear around for our garden, and it's been such a huge help!

Leaving review is my pleasure cuz no doubt the bike is super. As this is my 2nd bike. Wonderful price and very convenient to carry. Thanks DYU.
