They keep shipping this by post office. The post office is terrible at delivering packages. Post office lost a package from Duluth. I contacted Duluth and they said they would for sure ship it UPS. Nope. Shipped again by post office. It will never arrive and I’m out $200 for a winter coat I will now have to buy from a different retailer.

Unable to fill a simple order.
My boyfriend is a landscaper who also does fall and winter cleanup and plowing. He ordered a sweatshirt weeks ago. Recently, we got a package that included women's BOOTS. Called customer service, they apologized and said they'd ship his sweatshirt out ASAP with 4 day shipping. It's getting cold out. He didn't buy it for fashion, he bought it so he can stay warm while working outside. We just got his "corrected" shipment in the mail and it's women's shorts this time. Are you kidding?? What is going on that a simple order for a single sweatshirt has been messed up twice now. I've never had problems in the past ordering from Duluth but this is wild. And now weeks after he should have received a sweatshirt. Moving forward we'll have to take our business elsewhere with reliable fulfillment and shipping.

Come On, Fix your shipping problems!
Why does it take so long to get your order from Duluth Trading Company? It would be faster if they just shipped with the Post Office. With there handoff from one shipper to another it is taking forever to receive what is ordered. Love the product, hate their distribution.

Duluth Trading has to be the slowest…
Duluth Trading has to be the slowest shipper of any retailer. It's 2023 and virtually every online store ships very quickly. Not Duluth...items sit in queue for a week. When they finally issue a tracking number, it takes a few more days for the shipping company to pick it up. Who the hell wants to wait 14 days for boxer briefs? Going back to Amazon. Duluth is a dinosaur.

Top Quality Clothing for Me
I have great respect for the quality of the clothing I buy from Duluth. Nearly everything I now wear is a Duluth Trading product. For someone of the height and build of an NFL linebacker like me, I can easily trust that the size/type of fit I select for purchase will fit me well—and hold up very well after many wears-and-washes.

Abjectly Disappointing Customer Service
I had an absolutely dismal experience with Duluth Trading Company's customer service recently. I ordered some shorts that arrived in the incorrect size. Promptly, I facilitated an exchange via their online platform, printed the return label, and dispatched the items on the very same day.
A seemingly reassuring email popped into my inbox that very evening stating they had processed my return. This reassurance, however, would prove to be a facade. Two grueling weeks of waiting later, my replacement item was still nowhere to be found.
When I contacted customer service to get to the bottom of the situation, I was met with alarming information. They hadn't actually processed my return because the returns department was backlogged by an astonishing five weeks. The initial email, I discovered, was merely an automated response, serving as nothing more than a hollow confirmation.
The representative admitted it might take three more weeks before they even open my return package, let alone process the order. She defended this inefficient procedure by stating that they are not Amazon and this is how they prevent fraud. The alarming part was the candid acceptance that there was absolutely nothing she could do to expedite the process.
Exasperated, I requested a cancellation. After being put on hold for an additional five minutes, the agent found the procedure to cancel and pledged to work on it. However, she had no estimate as to when this would be accomplished. This meant I was left hanging in a purgatorial state of uncertainty, even after seeking to withdraw my order.
While Duluth's products might be commendable, their concept of customer service is painfully lacking. This ordeal has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction, as a company that values its customers should offer more streamlined, transparent, and efficient service. My advice: Proceed with caution when dealing with Duluth Trading Company.

Duluth's website wouldn't allow my review
I tried to leave a review of Duluth's "Lifetime" leather belt that fell apart after roughly 2 years on their website, but the site would not accept the review due to ad blockers. My ad blockers were disabled. Their products, in my opinion, are very much overpriced for the quality. You're paying for a name, not quality.
