Bought some ladies overalls and "Duluth Reserve Joggers" over last years Black Friday Sale. The sale price was amazing and the products are even better. They are comfortable, sturdy, they dont upset my chickens... the pants are for sure my new favorites and my husband is jealous. They deserve way higher than 1.5 stars for the quality alone.

The Duluth Trading company had been my primary clothing supply because of their larger sizes. I'm taller and for a long time rounder. You used to be able to count on the quality but they now get the vast majority of their goods produced in Viet Nam. I have no issues with foreign work but in this case they have made lower quality goods than were previously available, and they raised the price... considerably. So, quality down and price up is maybe what a board of directors wants but not consumers.

This company is a mess. Literally no customer service other than ai chat. They are making me pay return cost for their mistake. Late items, no ability to cancel due to lateness. Do not buy from them. You'll regret it

I ordered a wool jacket for myself and a sweater for my wife. The fit was quite loose. My jacket has wool facade on the outside and synthetic material on the inside with something like a plastic garbage bag liner in between. I could use it as an all-weather portable sauna. All in all, I think I paid way too much for what I got. I will not be making further purchases with Duluth. Please do your research before buying things based on perception. A lot of times perceptions are based on marketing.

Disappointed they don't make small sizes at all for women. Missing 24/25 completely from inventory. A shame.

Discovered them by chance looking for honest boxer reviews. Ive placed 2 orders so far, they have regular specials and are a lot less expensive than similar quality brands. I think they will be my go to for clothing from now on...

Your merchandise does not come with a packing slip or return label enclosed with your order. So if you want to return something or exchange something, you have to have a printer because they want you to print out the label and print out a packing slip to put inside of the package and then you have to return it. It cost $7.95? to return a package And you can’t pack multiple orders in one box each one has to be separate. Most companies at least send a list of items purchased with the package received and a return label. I won’t be dealing with Duluth anymore.

Returns…It can probably take you days to speak to someone if you cannot print out your return label. Or if you’re interrupted in the middle of a return it will take you hours to get in touch with a customer service representative. Cheap, cheap, cheap company, as far as hiring enough company representatives, if you ever have to contact them for any reason. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER AN HOUR!
