Duluth sent 4 shirts via On Trac. Two weeks after shipping In Trac said they delivered it. It was NEVER delivered. Contacted Duluth and they said they would send replacement shirts. Two weeks later not a word from Duluth. This company used to be good. I recommend Duluth until they can get their services back together. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Order 6 pair of underwear. They send me 3 shirts and a pair of pants. They won’t send me the correct order until I return the bad order I got! No sorry no offer of a future discount. Nothing!!

Ordered pants on black friday, they took a month to show up. Processed a size exchange a week later and they never showed up. Now the size is out of stock after spending hours trying to talk to customer service. It is such a joke company anymore. Will never spend money here again.

I have made many purchases over the years and I have never had a bad experience ordering. I will say that as most companies these days costs are high and goods are not always as good as before. But I still like the fit and finish of their clothes. They have a lot of sales and if you are patient there are good deals to be found. I would definitely say if ordering around the holidays or before a weekend I would expect things to be on the slower side.
