For the high price of the shipping you would hope it would arrive much sooner. Appeared to take 2 days to be shipped?

I purchased a water pump through a courier service, what should have taken 3 weeks to reach me has not, it has been 6 weeks and nothing at all, no shipment, no email, nothing. At this point all I want is my money back.

Product arrived damaged. I cannot get any help from Generac. I have been on hold for 60 minutes. The leaf vac was sent by motor freight in a card board box without any protection. Yes it was smashed pretty bad. Recommend you do not buy from DR Power or Generac. Notice the "bs" response from DR below. You did ship me l leaf vac by motor freight.

Horrible experience with Dr power equipment. I ordered a versa trailer from them. The whole purchase experience was terrible. They screwed up my ordered never saw the item until months later. All accessories are still back ordered. Unit arrived damaged. Plus there are metal splinters all around the edges of body. Received numerous metal splinters in my hands. To top it all off every time I call dr power one of there customer service representatives tell me a different story on when the rest of my shipment will arrive and they want me to purchase another unit and then I can send the old one back for a refund. Unbelievable!!!!!

My father bought a DR brush mower almost 20 years ago. I have used it every year to help maintain our 14 acres of property. As a woman I just don't have the strength that my husband has to take an axe to the small trees and shrubs. The DR gives me the ability to do what I need to do. It has been incredibly reliable. The drive belt finally gave out this year so I called to order a replacement. My father passed away years ago and I basically inherited the DR with the property, so I didn't have a manual or anything. I didn't even know exactly what year it was purchased. The customer service representative was so incredibly helpful. He was able to find the information under my father's information and then he created an account for me and transferred all the information over to my account. He was able to put in the irredeemable for the parts I needed and I was pleasantly surprised that the parts were all so reasonably priced. This brush mower has stood the test of time. It was clearly designed and built to last and then it was so nice to easily be able to order parts for it and at a reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about this company.

This is truly the worst followup I have ever experienced. I purchased a Versa Trailer with dump bed in late March and received the product in early April. Once assembled I noticed the crank handle to raise the dump bed would not rotate 360 degrees, the crank handle is obviously too long. After 3 calls and several hours of waiting I finally got a new piece shipped to me that would resolve the problem. I had to disassemble the unit and and put the new piece on only to find it didn't work either. Again another call with long wait got me no where but a promise for someone to call me that never happened. On May 19 I again contact the service rep via email and he said he would forward to the appropriate party again. It is now July 9, over 90 days since I received the product and I have yet to hear from anyone from DR. What an absolute joke! How you guys stay in business is amazing. In my case I ordered a Versa Trailer with a dump bed, a reasonably simple design that had a major design flaw. I have offered 2 solutions, first to send a shorter crank handle or to allow me buy an upgrade for the electric powered motor to replace the manual dump crank and I still can't get anyone to call me back. I will highly recommend to everyone I meet and can reach out to that purchasing anything from DR is bad decision. You product support system is extremely flawed and apparently run by an incompetent group of people. Dennis Kragh

DR Power equipment is great, I only hope I get my order, UPS is great but turning my order over to the Post Office is lousy. I have lost orders by UPS turning over shipment to the USPO.
